I typically order from this particular location because it’s less than 5 minutes away from my home in the Berewick Community. I’ve always had a great experience, however it’s usually through the drive thru. Today, being it is “red cup day”, I decided to complete a mobile order (which I did at 8:45am). I knew it was going to be busy, so upon arrival, I patiently waited. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:57, but due to volume, I waited until about 9:10 to inquire. I approached Andi and asked her about my order. She asked my name and when I placed the order, she proceeded to check, then asked if I was sure it was the correct store. I showed her the order and Andi proceeded to continue to look. She did not say another word to me. A minute later, a pregnant customer approached Andi, and not only did Andi address her questions, she went above and beyond to locate the customer’s beverage. I then followed up and said Andi you never responded, to which she looked at me and ignored me. I proceeded to the register, spoke with an ever so kind and gracious manager in the cutest green Christmas sweater, and not only did she take care of the order, she thanked me for bringing the concern regarding Andi’s dismissive behavior. Read moreI placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, but due to the long line, I went inside the store. It took a while before anyone acknowledged me. When I let the employee know I had a mobile order, they confirmed it was being worked on.
Unfortunately, the drink I received was incorrect. My order ticket specified “no inclusions,” yet the drink was made with inclusions. When I pointed this out, the employee checked the ticket, acknowledged the mistake, but responded with an unprofessional attitude. They did remake the drink, but their demeanor remained dismissive throughout the process.
After receiving the corrected drink, I noticed my bakery items were missing. When I brought this up, the same employee again responded with attitude and implied the items would come out shortly. Another employee the one who initially greeted me eventually provided the missing items.
I regularly visit this location during the week and have always had positive experiences. This visit, however, was the first time I came on a weekend, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience compared to the excellent service I...
Read moreSo I got the macha bliss good drink, but the lady making my dink was very rude. I usually don't mind if people are in a bad mood because It's morning they're busy things happen. And I don't know everyone's story what they're going through. But I had a Relatively simple request to the lady that was making the drink and I just asked her to pour a little bit out so I could get a little bit more cold foam now mind you. There was only 3 people in the store at this time. Because it's 12 in the afternoon so not really busy... She SNAPPED at me. In an extremely nasty voice "she said next time Tell them what you want at the register so we don't have to fix your drink." Now mind you, she didn't have to make anything over. She didn't have to add anything I only asked if she could pour a little bit of the drink out, to a sink she was literally standing over. Like really? I get that we have bad days but seriously?
