The older lady up front is really rude! I went in there to get my 4 year old son a slushy. Normally you just go to the register if you want a slushy than standing in the sandwich line. I went up front and asked for a slushy, and she said rudely GET IN LINE. I didn't have an issue with it, and just stood in line. The family infront of us insisted we go infront of them. The lady then snapped at this family saying I WILL NOT TAKE MY GLOVES OFF JUST TO MAKE HER A SLUSHY WHEN IM GOING TO MAKE YOUR SANDWICH, I HAVE AM ORDER AND I WILL NOT MAKE HER A SLUSHY! The family then suggested we go somewhere else because of her being so rude. Later after I got home My husband called asking for her name. She said to him OH ARE YOU THE LINE CUTTERS? He told her he didn't go down there but didn't appreciate her snapping like that infront of his wife or child. She said considering I was already doing something I won't stop to do something else then hung up the phone. I then drove down there asking if this is what she thought customer service was and she said I have a process I won't stop to do something else. I asked for her name and she gave an attitude pointing to her nametag on her hat saying here's my name do want ya want with it. I told her I would be calling corporate. Read moreMy family and I visited this restaurant on Monday, March 17, 2025, for a quick, healthy lunch. When we arrived, I initially didn’t pay much attention to the meat counter, but I later noticed that it was completely blocked off, making it impossible to see the meats. Only the vegetables were visible for selection, as usual.
We dined in, and over time, the restaurant seemed quite empty. Unfortunately, after our meal, all of us became very sick with severe stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting. The only meal we all ate together that day was at this restaurant, under the conditions I mentioned.
I find it very concerning that the meats were covered up, and if there was an issue with the food we were served. Thankfully, after two horrible days, we are finally recovering. This was definitely not a virus because our symptoms were intense but going away until now. So worry if they were more people affected about this.
I hope this review brings attention to any potential food safety concerns, as no one should have to go through this experience.

Told her to hold on because I had to call him to see what he wants. She then proceeds to yell “what do you want!!” I asked her if there was a problem… she then yells “I just want to know what you want!” I said “I know what I want but you don’t have it therefore I have to check and see what he wants.” I then stood there and thought to myself, I don’t want someone who is speaking to me like this making my food!
