Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Carolina

This Afternoon I used Doordash for the first time. I ordered the party pack 12 hard shell tacos, 12 pks of mild sauce,The cinnamon balls,and the cinnamon twist.Taco Bell is only about 4 miles from my home but I wasn't feeling good so I decided to go with Doordash.The guy that brought my food Was very kind but when I opened my box I was very disappointed. No taco sauce! I tried to call doordash back but they said they couldn't help me,not good for them... to call the restaurant so I did. I called and spoke with a young lady named Marveta and told her what had happened and she was so kind! She said she was so sorry I didn't get everything I ordered..taco sauce was the only thing missing but that's a big thing when you order tacos... and she said she's going to make it right, right away. I never dreamed she would be so kind as to drive my sauce to my home but she did, and not only did that change the way we felt about Taco Bell, but it changed the way We perceive others before we give others a chance to fix the situation .It only took her a few minutes to get here and boy was I so thankful to see her,I tried to give her a little something for her driving out here but she wouldn't except anything,she just wanted to make things right with The place she worked for..I could tell when I spoke with her on the phone how much she strived to make taco Bell a better place.This is one kind lady that deserves attention from the franchise and she deserves to be notified by corporate and above .Thank you so much Marveta...Hope I spelled your name right .The food was great and you made our night so special just by being you and caring for...

I went through the drive thru and when I went to order I felt extremely rushed. Every time I ordered something the guy very quickly followed with “anything else” almost before I could finish talking. Even at one point when I ordered a meal that came with a drink said “anything else” before getting my drink! Due to being rushed I forgot to order a bean burrito. I get to the window and I very politely ask “I’m so sorry I forgot to order a bean burrito. Can I please add one to my order”? The guy actually told me “I’ll ask but I don’t think we can you may need to go back around” and I really thought he was joking. He took my card and charged it and actually said “yeah they said no sorry” then handed me my stuff. I was truly in shock. I’ve worked food before and I would NEVER tell this to a customer. I ended up having to park my car and go in, which defeated the purpose of the drive thru. Went to the machine and placed my order for a bean burrito and less than 30 seconds later they handed me a bean burrito. Why was that such a huge deal to take the extra 30 seconds while I was waiting in the drive thru? I’ve NEVER had such poor service and been treated so rudely. What if I was someone disabled/elderly who can’t walk very far? This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll be back and it’s disappointing because I’ve never had a bad experience...

This by far is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Every time I order something the order is always wrong. I try to give them another chance and there they go messing it up again. I understand one or two mistake, but every time is crazy to me. Went there today the and wanted a Baja blast zero. Get to the window the drink looks like a sprite. I tell the lady oh I wanted a Baja blast zero. She goes on to tell me oh that how it looks because it’s a zero. I wanted to laugh because I get that drink every single time and it looks the same color as the regular one. So I said okay and proceeded to taste it and of course it’s just carbonation water. I tell the lady that is what it was she said oh well then it’s out. I was like well can I get another drink, but she act like I was supposed to drink it and move on. I just never seen customer service like this and I use to work in fast food myself and always put the customers first. Taco Bell needs to really consider who they hire instead of trying to hire any and everybody. Well that goes for a lot of jobs. Anywho she did replace it finally, but just...
