This place is pretty terrible. The line was ridiculously long and we sat at the ordering menu for quite awhile before they even addressed that we were there. The guy taking our order was very incompetent and rude. We asked for a Dave's Double burger only, and then a Dave's Double combo and he said "Wait... You can't get the fries and drink without the combo" and we proceeded to tell him that we did want a combo, just in addition to the single burger. We had to tell him we wanted the #2 precisely four times before he understood what we were saying.
Afterwards when we got to the window he was acting odd; wouldn't make eye contact, no "Sorry for the wait" or "thanks", just grabbed the money gave us the receipt and said, "pull over there". We asked him "What, where?" And he pointed at a filled parking spot and said "Right there; pull over there".
Not to our surprise the food was bad. There was a ton of mayo but no mustard or ketchup on one burger and the other burger had no condiments at all. The chili was red greasy water. The fries were undercooked and we didn't get any napkins or any cutlery. I suppose I was expected to drink the chili since I had no spoon?
Look, I get it, it's fast food. But there is a line for how terrible your service can be. Especially because Wendy's usually has decent and fresh veggies in their food and the service is usually alright.
This was definitely not an ideal experience. Visited: 6/17/17

Read moreWish I could give a zero rating. Food is seldom ever right. Employees have never seem to care. Customers are never a priority. Sad thing is that most Wendys I encounter are identical. McDonald's isn't perfect but they are far more consistent overall in delivering good service and good food. Whereas Wendy's is consistently bad. No doubt this particular Wendy's has serious issues. A 3.1 rating speaks volumes. The employees on the front line should be much better because it's their job to be. But the fault really is that of the management team, including DM, etc., the franchise owner and/or company store owners, etc. Sometimes you want a Wendy's burger and not a McDonald's burger, but unfortunately the end results is usually the same, poor service, sandwiches made wrong, etc. We had (2) sandwiches made wrong tonight at this location, even after verifying that the sandwiches ordered were made the way we asked. They were entered into the ordering process correctly. But once home, both made wrong, again. No need to respond that we have passed this along to "the management team", as you've done this countless times when looking at these reviews. Apparently it doesn't work. If the "top" really cared, the operation, service, and quality/correctness would change instantly. It wouldn't continue to be the same scenario...
Read moreDear Wendy’s Customer Care,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your locations on the morning of September 22, 2025. I have always associated Wendy’s with quality food and friendly service, but my experience this morning was deeply disappointing.
The individual who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their tone and manner of speaking were not only discourteous but outright unacceptable for someone working in customer service. Instead of a welcoming interaction, I was met with hostility and dismissiveness. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy—something that was entirely lacking during this visit.
This type of behavior reflects poorly on the Wendy’s brand and undermines the reputation you have worked hard to build. I strongly urge you to address this matter with the staff at this location and take the appropriate action to ensure no other customers experience such treatment.
I hope that Wendy’s will take this complaint seriously. Please confirm receipt of my letter and let me know how you intend to address the situation.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. This was in Benson North...
