Today got in line behind one car. Waited 10 minutes and didn't even get to order. What is the problem with this place??
Should be zero today. Second messed up order in two days. Manager Katie refuses to listen and denies all responsibility.
Today ordered a salad and got 2 knives in the plastic bag. No forks. No spoons. How does one eat a salad with a plastic knife? I'm beginning to think they hate me there.
Slow as Christmas! I am going to McDonald's. Cheaper and faster.
This Wendy's has improved it's drive-through service. I got a chicken wrap, which was good, but only lukewarm. Would have been much better if it were an edible.
I thought they were getting better, but today there were two of the grumpiest humans at the service window. I spent more than $10 for lunch. When I opened my chicken wrap, the chicken spilled out all over my pants. Wonder prices are so high. I asked for no crackers with my chili and got five packs. money in the trashcan!
People who work here are idiots, s Continues to be worst customer service in Mebane. Don't stop unless you want to wait for 30 minutes, even without another car line. And even then it is difficult to get an intelligent answer to a simple question.
The people who work here now are trying hard, but the chili is always too hot, and the wrap is always too cold and it still spills out on my pants.
These people just cannot get it right. This morning I ordered a chicken wrap and nothing else. When I got my bag, I realized that I was given and had paid for an order of fries. I never uttered the word "fries," so I wonder what the order taker heard. The bottom line is money and food wasted. I am tempted to think they do this on purpose.
On this visit, I ordered at the drive-through microphone, but there was no acknowledgment of what I had ordered or how much it would cost. Suspicious that they were overcharging me. I asked the cashier for a receipt, but no receipt was given me. When I asked again, he said the receipt machine was broken, so I asked him if he couldn’t have told me that when I first asked for a receipt. He looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Read moreDo not waste your time with this Wendy’s. I went in on my lunch break that I only get 30 minutes. I ordered my five dollar biggie bag upgraded my fries to a large and my drink to a large and I also ordered a second fry that I used rewards to receive. I nearly stood there for 30 minutes while six people who came in behind me ordered and received their food before I even got mine. Finally, after asking for help for the last 10 minutes, I stood there, and someone finally acknowledged me. The manager asked me what I was waiting for, and I said my food and handed her the receipt. She then goes back to work and starts making other people‘s orders, handing other orders out instead of focusing on mine, which I’ve been there for a long time and pretty much my whole entire lunch break I wasted, and they wasted by not helping me out so I stood there 25 minutes longer, trying to be nice and courteous and polite by waiting patiently. She then comes to me and ask me again what I’m waiting for so I handed her my receipt and said I’ve now been waiting for about an hour for my food. Can I please have my money back and my food because y’all have taken my whole lunch break and I still haven’t received my lunch. She tells me that she cannot give me a Refund so I got upset and kinda raise my voice because I told her I want my refund because y’all took my whole entire lunch break and in 30 minutes longer than my lunch break is Supposed to last. She ended up giving me my refund, but then gave me cold food that was hard as a brick and stale. Then when I asked for my large fry For my second fry, she told me sorry you didn’t pay for it so I can’t give it to you and I told her no ma’am you’re gonna give it to me because My rewards points to get it. Not only that when she went to give me my food, she slung it across the counter and gave me an evil look, Also, they gave me buffalo Sauce for my nuggets when I specifically asked for barbecue And sweet-and-sour. Read moreJust got back from town where I stopped by the Wendy's on Mebane Oaks Road. What is wrong with this place? There was a long line at the drive-thru but only one person finishing his meal over in a corner. There was no one at the register and one fellow watching the fries fry and no one at the drive-thru window. I was there for two minutes, not a long wait, even if I was standing in front of an unattended register. At the two-minute mark a young woman came scurrying from the back, up to the register and proceeded to exchange one register drawer for another one. Then, without seeming to notice me 2 feet away, she turned and scurried back to the back and disappeared through a door. I waited 30 seconds more and left. The same car that was at the drive-thru window when I arrived was still there when I left. I had plenty of time to notice how things looked in the food-prep area. Greasy floor, trash and old fries on the floor. What seemed to be crumpled wrappers on a prep table as if someone had finished a meal and left. I went across the street to Arby's where there were only 3 workers who all greeted me with smiles and 'welcome to Arby's!' I was the only customer and my order was taken quickly. I was thanked, and my food was waiting, hot and fresh, before I had come back from washing my hands. I enjoyed the sandwich, drink and milkshake very much. I paid less than the equivalent meal I had intended to order at Wendy's...I really wanted to try the strawberry frosty...but the Arby's mocha milkshake was perfect. Here's the plus to the service at Arby's...the woman who took my order had been on break, eating at a table. When I came in, she stopped her meal, washed her hands, and took my order.
