I wish I could post pictures of my experience two weeks ago. I asked for extra pickles on two cheeseburgers, after being told that if you ask for extra pickles they have to make the burgers fresh. What I got was two cheeseburgers with a pickle each, cold burgers with the cheese still cold, a “dab” of ketchup and a handful of onions, the burgers also looked like they had been punched by a food prep worker. Pulled up today, because the line at chick fila was extremely long. While waiting in the drive thru, myself, as well as four other cars witnessed a gentleman with dreadlocks smoking, spitting, and rubbing his nose across his arms while wearing a food prep apron. When I pulled up to the menu I asked what the gentleman’s name was, and told him what he was out here doing, the guy kinda laughed and said, “o...you mean Jeremy”. Asked for the manager after checking to make sure my food wasn’t smashed again and explained what myself and four other customers witnessed. I asked if Jeremy was in there cooking our food, she said no, he is a cook but he’s at a table right now, when I told her what he had done outside, she said well he washed his hands...I then asked if he had washed his arms, because that’s where his snot went, she looked at me and said, “I will talk to him sir”. Highly doubt anything will be done, based off the other reviews for this establishment. It’s no wonder McDonald’s is no longer the leader in the fast food industry, and has been replaced by Chick Fila, a company that gives 100% true American customer service. I will never...

The drive thru was confusing at first because it was made out of caution cones due to the pavement being redone where it normally would have been. I don't come to McDonald's regularly so I don't really know what they have on their menu. I had to Google the menu for my 11 year old daughter and I and while we were looking at the (limited version) menu trying to decide TWO women came over the speaker and got attitudes and were very rude when I told them we were looking at the online menu. We were only in the drive thru for MAYBE 90 seconds and it apparently would have been better for them if we had never come. It took the woman a few tries to get my order right, pulled up to the first window and payment went smoothly. Second window? The woman handing out food looked like she JUST got out of bed after a three day bender, her hair was in a very sloppy pony tail laying over her shoulder, looked like it hadn't been groomed in a while with fly aways every where... I just couldn't believe they were letting her work around food like that. Apparently we were such an inconvenience that they tampered with our food, there was something crunchy (inedible, not chewable) in the sandwich we ordered. It could not be finished. I contemplated it being egg shell? but I'm not sure if it was that or they dropped it on the floor on accident/purpose and still served it to us. Disgusting...
Read moreI'd give 0 stars if i could. The manager Lucy needs to go take some communication and English classes. I ordered on the app and they somehow didnt get it. I showed her my order on the app and yes it was for this location. Showing her all that, she got on my app and tried placing another order with my card. I snatched my phone back and told her im not ordering anything again. I'm not paying twice so the order can pop up on your screen. She rolled her eyes and walked to the counter and called someone else. While on the phone she asked to see my order on the app again so i pulled it up and with the phone in my hand she yet again adds a quarter pounder to the cart and goes to check it out AGAIN.. so i pulled my phone back and repeated again that im not placing another order. Eventually she gave me my quarter pounder but omg was that place in there a joke! Asside from the broken English that was spoken with customers at the counter here by ALL employees, their all speaking spanish. The manager couldn't figure out her own problem and could barely speak or understand English. If your in America and managing an establishment you need to speak and understand english CLEARLY! No discrimination, thats just facts. That store is not an equal opportunity employer, you can clearly see which race that manager wants in their store and that is very racist of you.
