Worst customer experience yet. When I do come to this location the service is consistently subpar. The food is usually decent/edible. This visit was so horrible that I have zero plans on returning. When I pulled into their drive thru I was able to pull up to the speaker right away. Immediately I was told to hold. About 4 cars were in front of me. About 3 minutes later a female voice (Simon) comes on and says, “go ‘head and order.” She sounded like she had an attitude. Not my fault. I precede to order, but while I’m ordering she begins to talk loudly to another co-worker; so I stop talking/ordering. She then goes silent, and I’m waiting for her to say, “I’m sorry about that please continue,” but no, she just goes silent, so I finish ordering, and she doesn’t even say anything. She didn’t tell me my total...she didn’t say pull forward. This is sad. I get to the window and she just takes my money, and doesn’t say hello, how are you...or anything. Just snatched the money and handed me my change and shoved my bag at me nonchalantly. That was my customer experience. Because of her fowl attitude I did not drink my drink...for fear she spat in it. Before leaving the parking lot I bit into a cinnamon twist and had to spit it out because it tasted like they dunked it into the oil vat and served it to me. I was livid. I looked at my tacos (in the dark), and they looked okay, so I drove off. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed that zero construction care was put into making my tacos. Pictures will speak for themselves. And correct me if I’m wrong, but I have been ordering their Cheesy Gordita Crunch for years, and it’s suppose to come with a spicy ranch dressing. Well...like I said there was no care into putting the taco together the right way...the poor sour cream I paid extra for on the soft tacos was just squeezed on like an after thought. “Ooopps she wanted sour cream...I’ll just squeeze it in there.” Thanks Taco Bell...I’m good. I’ll stick to authentic Mexican moving forward. And it’s okay to have a bad day...just don’t take it out on other non-deserving people. And someone please tell Taco Bell that they have too many numbers for their hotline. I had to figure out on my own to drop one of the “L’s” for the...
Read moreI recently had an experience at Taco Bell that initially left me disappointed, but ultimately left me impressed and satisfied with their exceptional customer service. My brother and I had placed a large order totaling $40, but when we got home, we realized that almost every item was incorrect.
However, our disappointment quickly turned into appreciation when we contacted the store and were connected with a manager named Martin. Martin went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make us feel like valued customers. Not only did he apologize for the mistake, but he took it upon himself to personally remake our entire order to our custom satisfaction.
Martin's dedication to resolving the issue and ensuring our satisfaction was truly impressive. He was friendly, attentive, and showed genuine care for his job and the people around him. It was evident that he took pride in providing excellent customer service and went the extra mile to make things right.
As someone who has always loved Taco Bell, this experience solidified my loyalty as a lifelong customer. Despite the initial mistake, the way Martin handled the situation was truly commendable. If the owners or district managers of this Taco Bell location read this review, I strongly recommend recognizing Martin's outstanding efforts. He deserves a raise or consideration for a higher position in upper management, as he is a shining example of a dedicated and customer-centric employee.
Thank you, Martin, and the team at Taco Bell, for turning a disappointing situation into a positive one. Your exceptional customer service has earned my continued loyalty, and I will gladly recommend this location to others based on this experience. Keep up...
Read moreThis was a few months ago...however, this location has the best crew ever!!! I'll delay my lunch when I want Taco Bell to eat at this location... I went thru the drive-thru, and the guy that took my order said something positive and was all about it. Repeated my order, and double checked the modifications I had...drove up, he was pleasant professional as he ran my card he asked if I was working, (yup, landscaper), got my food, told me to have a great day and not to work to hard. I was impressed. I parked and ready to get my grub on, only to find the burrito was, dare I say, better than ??? beyond expectations. Evenly stuffed with the correct mods, rolled, and grilled to perfection like I've ever seen before. Dee-ohh-emm-gee-licious. I got out and went in to thank them, the counter guy asked i needed something to drink since it was hot out. I asked to speak to whoever made my food, she came out and was like, "I remember that order, Ive made that for you before" I thought i was being "punked"... I thanked them and handed them a twenty, and said split it between the four of them cuz you guys are outstanding and that the powers that be, the owner, corporate, that Chihuahua dog or who ever, should be glad thankful that...
