McDonald's — Restaurant in North Charleston

Always loved and still do love McDonald's fries but have been to restaurant several times past few months and the new method of ordering yourself I do not like it's an easy system but the employes are very confused and not their fault you have a replacement employee taking orders have employee who takes money for order and half the time the order didn't take gave customer a number but sent another that pulls up for you to pay then another counter where Noone has any idea who ordered what and scrambling to get orders out but then has to match food and person there is no system. The other day I took my food I had a large fry and ask for extra ketchup and a pack of mayo I got 2 packs of ketchup I did get the pack of mayo went to counter to ask fot more after 10 minutes finally was helped ask for my extras and was told you got an extra in the bag and we only give out 1 packet of mayo per fry by then my fries were cold and I was speechless I could only count to 10 snd pray for God to give me strength to walk away and not lash out at her as she did me. I thought about that lady all . afternoon and how I watched this new ordering system take over and cause chaos and aggravation stress headaches and change for the employee's who some new customers by name and what they ordered I miss this the next day I went in for a fry and a milkshake I was waiting at rhe pickup counter for number to be called I felt someone come from behind me as a bag was being closed and they made their way beside me before looking over I heard a voice say here are you 4 ketchup and 2 mayo I hope you enjoy your fries today now this is what service is about so so McDonald's give your customers and employees back the personal touch when dining with you so that when we get our fries we are able to still enjoy with our ketchup mayo or whatever condiments are needed and provided by all the employees who give the customers the added touch that makes McDonald's a family...

this is the slowest most unfriendliest restaurant I've ever come across in my life it took 45 minutes for me to get a 20 piece chicken nugget and two teas and when they finally got my order to me they forgot to give me my teas and said oh they thought they give them to me but it was already made sitting on the counter mind you this is about 3 in the morning with there's no customers inside for them to wait on and nobody else at the drive-thru except for us with our order standing there waiting on a 20 piece nugget and Fries I didn't order but was charged for this place is open 24 hours but yet the ice cream machine was already broken down so I couldn't get ice cream and there was no apple pies made it said I would have to wait for the apple pies be made but had to sit in 45 minutes away is a drive to I could have went ahead and ordered two apple pies for them to cook. because they would have been ready by the time I got my 20 piece nugget 45 minutes later. The grease is already hot when they go to throw the nuggets in the fryer so why would it take 45 minutes for a 20 piece nugget that wasn't really hot when I got him to begin with this is the crappiest service I've ever gotten would not recommend this McDonald's to nobody in the world. I'm glad it was that time of morning and not on my lunch break because I would have lost my job being late coming...

24 hour McDonald's. 1am. Coffee machine down, ice cream down. Did not repeat my order back at drive thru speaker, got to window, gave me my total of only $5 And change. Told the lady that's not right and she must not have put in my whole order. Told her what was missing and she told me "You didn't say all that back there." I had two witnesses in the car who, along with me, confirmed that I did. She got frustrated and then asked if I still wanted the other stuff, which was another ten dollars in sales for the restaurant, and I replied yes. Clerk made overly dramatic sigh, then had me repeat my order again then swiped my card three times, then stated it wasn't working because a manager had to come put their code in for the same card to be used twice, then proceeded to swipe my card six more times without success and no one else coming to register. I finally told her just give me my card back and left. Not the first issue I had with this McDonald's. Previously ordered a specialty drink that was being advertised on tv and on the video screens in this specific restaurant and they told me they had never heard of it. When I pointed it out on the monitor, they called over a manager who said, "Oh, I haven't ordered that stuff in yet." It had been advertised on tv for almost a month.
