If mobile orders and grub hub are going to be the only thing accepted after a certain time, it should be posted somewhere online or at drive thru.
Once I was told this in drive thru I pulled away and downloaded the app to make a mobile order. I waited a little after the app told me my order was received and it told me to pull up to the window and tell them the name on the order. I figured the app was acting weird and pulled up to the window anyway.
The lady at the window kept telling me they didn't have my order and didn't try to fix the situation. I told her the address of the taco bell I was at when she asked to make sure I chose the correct one and even verified that it took my payment as well. She just kept saying she didn't have my order. When I wouldn't pull away she finally said a few things in my order and verified it was mine.
Once they had me pull around I waited about 10 minutes for my order. Once received I took a quick glance (bad choice on my part) and it seemed everything was in there. When I got home I was missing a steak taco and one of my crunch wrap supremes was almost inedible due to being over cooked and not folded correctly so it just fell apart.
If this location is so worried about staying open late night, y'all should have the employees to run it. If you don't, maybe y'all should close earlier and save your employees and customers these horrible experiences.

Read moreIt seems that every time I to this Taco Bell there are issues. It’s pretty sad the kind of business that goes on at this particular Taco Bell. This restaurant was doing good for a while until, well it just started going downhill.
Customer Service: The overall customer service here is appalling. Multitudes of times that family and I have come here we have been treated disrespectfully. The managers get nasty with the customers, many times do not have a smile or even show any care about the customers whether they have a complain or not. They also seem to care more for the drive thru than their inside customers. For instance, one week that friends and I went the manager told us that they had no cashiers and that we needed to order on the screen they have in there.
The Food Service: Customers spend a lot of money here and to have food constantly come out messy, not as we ordered it or very skimpy is intolerable. Today for example, my dad bought my food and the burritos were so tiny. There was hardly any food in them. Other times I ordered these chicken tacos and there was hardly any chicken on them.
Cleanliness: At times it seems things are not so clean. My burritos that came out were supposed to be bean and rice burritos so if I order them that way I expect the wrap to not have beef on the outside of the wrap and for the tortilla to be neatly wrapped and not falling apart.

Read moreHorrible experience. Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a soft taco combo and a chalupa combo with 2 cinnabon desserts from drive thru from across town. When I got home my order was completely wrong. They gave me 3 bean burritos, 2 crunch wraps and 2 cheesey potatoes. They didn't even put my receipt in the bag. I tried to call the store,as I'm sure my order was given to the wrong person, to ensure I could come back with the wrong order to get my correct order. The phone was disconnected. I had to drive to work in another state so I didn't have much time to get this issue fixed. My family couldn't eat what they gave us because of dietary restrictions from beans. I emailed Taco Bell multiple times and they are refusing to fix the issue. I basically have them $26 for nothing. Worst customer service ever. Worst conflict resolution ever. If this was Burger King I would have received a follow up email and a solution to the issue. Taco Bell has no accountability when they mess up. They just want your money and I do not plan on giving them anymore of mine.
