I am a pretty forgiving guy. What I have been consistently experiencing with this Burger King has been terrible. I love fried pickles. I have order the fried pickle burger twice from here. Neither time have I had the fried pickles on the burger. (There wasn’t a notice or indication that they were out of this product. I went through the drive through.) I love fried pickles so to say the experience was ruined is mildly putting it. The second time I ordered was online and was in a rush. I work 10 min from there unfortunately leaving work to go get food come back go again and come back is just doing too much. Especially for a wrong order. So I called. I tried to make amends with the manager but she instructed me to fill out a survey and file a complaint. (Super not caring and zero customer service retention skills). I go get breakfast this morning and the order is wrong again. I tried making amends and was given the same instructions to fill out customer complaint and leave review. This place would do better if they had reasonable remedies to correct the inconvenience and quality that their service currently/actively provides. It went through successful; I got the receipt verification on the app as well as the order number, and one sent to my email as well. Show up at said restuarant, drive through tells us they dont have our order. So we go inside, are told the same thing and that we should call the other BK to see if they have it. They do not. So we ask for our money back. Even after showing the manager on duty our receipt and the order number on the app, she tells us there is nothing she can do. So we were given no food, and no refund. Oh and no apology either. So we contacted corporate who said they had to "look into it". So here it is four days later, and still nothing. I will never give this BK any of my time or money again. Read moreI stopped at this burger king located at 2040 Cumberland St, Lebanon, PA 17042 this morning to try their new sourdough breakfast sandwich and was shocked and disgusted with my ordering experience - or lack there of I should say. At about 0845 AM Tuesday, 4/17 I was next at the counter to order my breakfast when the male cashier went to check on hash browns in the fryer, and the woman who was the "organizer" helping the cashier looked past me at a person behind me whom she appeared to know, and she took his order without even looking at me or asking me if I had ordered. AMAZING.......!!! I turned around and asked the guy behind me "Did she just take your order before mine?"
