If I could rate them a negative, I would. We sent in a mobile order this past Saturday (4 days ago). It went through successful; I got the receipt verification on the app as well as the order number, and one sent to my email as well. Show up at said restuarant, drive through tells us they dont have our order. So we go inside, are told the same thing and that we should call the other BK to see if they have it. They do not. So we ask for our money back. Even after showing the manager on duty our receipt and the order number on the app, she tells us there is nothing she can do. So we were given no food, and no refund. Oh and no apology either. So we contacted corporate who said they had to "look into it". So here it is four days later, and still nothing. I will never give this BK any of my time or money again. And will be contacting the BBB if I dont hear anything by the weekend.
