QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in West Lebanon Township

Had a mobile order the first day open, food and service was great. Made another mobile order yesterday, estimated ready at 6:19, they marked it as ready in the app at 6:28 and we weren't handed the food until 6:36. If it's late that's fine, but don't mark it ready and have us waiting. The lady preparing our food, I believe was the supervisor as she was wearing a black sweater and not the typical uniform, took her time like you wouldn't believe. I felt she was moving extra slow on purpose and the absolute opposite of friendly. Half of our food was no longer fresh and my quesadillas were an absolute slop and when she handed our food to us, she didn't say a single word. It's a shame because our first visit went great, but shows how a single person can ruin it. Even a simple "Sorry for the wait" or "Thanks for waiting" would have stopped me from writing this review, it's the bare...

If you've never been mesmerized by a snake charmer then you absolutely need to experience the food at this restaurant. You may not see a snake charmer at this restaurant but you'll certainly feel the same sense of great euphoria that you'd expect to feel if you did. While dining I felt that the only rational impulse was to cure the sensational urge to scream how great my experience is from the mountain tops but I decided that a Google review will have to suffice. I highly urge anyone reading this review to visit this establishment for themselves thus creating a memorable experience of a lifetime. I saw visions of gladiators battling while riding unicorns upon taking my first bite and the staff was more friendly than the frustrated leprechaun that you've seen in the Trix...

So I decided to try this place I've heard so much about. Well it's not bad but I have to say it just reminds me of Chipotle🤔 Look everyone likes what they like but if I'm paying that kind of money for food I want a little more. Just saying! Now I had steak bowl and I saw that someone posted that it lacked flavor. That is correct but I used the Cholula hot sauce they had and that was a game changer. I'll go back and try something else just to be fair. Lebanon has multiple mexican places that provide homemade authentic mexican cuisine at the same price with more food. Again this is just my opinion and we all like what we like....
