Whatâs up with the salsas?
Everybody knows Mexican food sets apart from other foods because of the salsas. This food truck is failing to fulfill its customerâs satisfaction by giving them a hard time every time they ask for salsa at the second window where the staff hand the food over. Iâve heard from âthe food already has salsa in itâ or âIâm running low on salsaâ just to not provide you with that extra tiny container of salsa. If you are lucky you get one of each, one red and one green, thatâs it, no matter if youâre getting a large order of over $50 for 4 people. To the owner, pay attention to this, recently you got an award for your food and thatâs how I knew of your existence, food is good but customer service is failing. If giving that important extra salsa is a financial burden for you,, then charge for it but stop killing the moment for us, not good for the customer nor for your business. If giving salsa is not a financial burden, then I suggest you place a little salsa bar so people can serve themselves using those...

Okay, letâs not undermine the tacosâtheyâre AMAZING. Iâve made a 20-30 min drive multiple times to have these little pockets of happiness. The meat is always fresh, juicy and flavorful. Iâve tried the al pastor, carnitas and carne asada tacos and theyâre all literally perfect.
They have a salsa verde (pretty mild) included with the tacos and consome with the quesabirria. Both are great. Not sure if they have a spicier salsa but definitely going to ask next time.
Itâs a thing to just eat this in or on top of your car so you can enjoy them fresh...
Read moreThe best tacos. The vegetarian "azteca" burrito/huarache/quesadilla are something different and tasty. Good tortas. Also a nice selection of rarer choices like panuchos. And they have pambazos (sandwich with chorizo+potatoes or tinga, grilled in a guajillo chile red sauce)!!
The "torta de la casa" is a cubana sandwich that can definitely feed two people. Massive. All the right toppings like the pickled jalapeños.
I mainly recommend this food truck for tacos or if you are feeling something...
