Friendly staff (along with complementary nachos and cookies!) We had a nice room with a very spacious kitchen. Kitchen was a separate room with a full sink, fridge/ freezer and stove top (no pans or dishes in cabinets though). The bathroom was fine but the shower was a little small (may even be too dark or claustrophobic for some). They also had complementary breakfast (with average at best options) in their "Redwood Cafe" area. It had a quaint outdoor area, but the serving area was a bit crowded and not the easiest to use on Sunday Also food choices were rather limited on Sunday, but better on Monday morning. It is also conveniently located just a few miles from Menlo College (our reason for staying) and across from "Hanky Panky" gentleman's club (pro or con is your call ; ] ) Overall enjoyed or stay and stay there again with those caveats in mind.

Overall not bad, I stayed in king size bed room with kitchen. There is NO plates, silverware and utensils. Also description was mentioning bathtub with jets, but we it has only shower. Price was good but definitely didn't meet expectations. About the kitchen, two electric burners, full size fridge, toaster, coffeemaker, sink all in small room separated by door from bedroom. AC/heater unit doesn't have auto temp control option so you got to have blow desired temperature air and get up and turn it off when it's done.

Nice staff, easy to find. They have a breakfast buffet but we missed it because we had to check-out very early. Clean room, well appointed with TV, small fridge, microwave, safe, bathroom with stand up shower, and writing desk. Apparently rooms are soon be remodeled .

I hope the owner and see this and fix's this I stayed in your location for a week one of your workers did knock on my door walked in on me and then I spoke to someone at your desk some Filipino gentleman I told him that someone had ransacked my vehicle told him what room I was in ask them to look at the camera a week later did not get a response came into your breakfast area I didn't know you guys had guards because the older Hispanic lady act like she was a guard happy friendly like I was used to she bought her husband to work I had to watch novellas and whatever TV shows they watch ask them to change the channel your comment was to me when she was watching TV I recorded this you just in case the owner would like to see I didn't know you could bring your husband to work and he make breakfast free and which I have to pay for it get a room for in order to get My overall experience was I guess like the ratings 2.9 4th after I get done with my rating should be Lower I'm here Christmas morning I thought the door was going to open at 6 they open at 6:45 ask your attendance at the door and at the window he's at all she just got here it'll be about 7 before the door opens so I just wait outside in the cold no courtesy for your clients I guess this is Christmas hate to be a burden of bad news but maybe it's time for new employees here I come from a place it would have customers come first and treated as a if you want them to come back if you take something for food or whatever she gives you the eye about why you taking so much yet I observed her several times taking stuff along with your husband when they leave their shift when you create hostility you bring attention to yourself maybe if she was a little bit nicer to her I'm not the only one that feels this way maybe the other guests are not feeling out anything but that was on top of guy conversation doing breakfast one morning so I join in to start listening and before it's all said and done there was 10 of us talking about the same issues maybe the only should pay more attention to the employees he has and what they're doing especially when they engage around customers I stayed in Las Vegas Hospitality business and the people dictate how and when people review your reviews of your hotel maybe a reviews be better if you mind employees I could go into more but it seem like I'm bickering and bitching about sir excuse my language but it's Christmas morning I expected to get up and have my breakfast and relax but instead she started my morning off with her husband in a bad way I'm not going to go into more details I will leave my name information at the desk or he can see my name right there he should be able to reach out to me before I leave here hopefully someone passes is on other people right about this place it's a beautiful location the reason the ratings are so low is because of the people Mr Neal Bhakta is the name on the card that was given to me but if they were reluctant to give them to me what's funny is cold outside and they leave the door open in the windows open so when people come in for breakfast and freezing there's no courtesy here or acknowledgement for the hotel gas to spend 426 sometimes $800 here at this hotel I spent a thousand this is not the type of...

Quiet property, but didn't look to be the best part of town.

Front desk staff can't be bothered to help or listen to customers. Not friendly at all... Rude would be an understatement... Mattresses were hard, but the pillows were soft and plentiful. Room was very small and the "closet" was inaccessible without climbing over one of the beds. Room was warm, not sure if the AC was working. Had to keep the bathroom window open to keep the room cool. Bathroom was clean(ish), but I think the fan needed to be cleaned as dust later was everywhere. The Jacuzzi tub was very nice, but the main control was outside the room. I liked the temperature control for the shower and tub. Not enough towels for 2 people, but I think you could get some from the main office. (If they had been nicer I would have asked) Free Breakfast was nice, not fancy or extravagant, but nice... Most of it is heated in the microwave, but it was still good. Pancakes, French toast, eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast and cereal were the main items. One day there was bacon, the other there was corn beef hash... Assortment of drinks 3-4 different juices, milk, coffee, and hot chocolate. Breakfast room is tiny 2 tables and that makes it crowded. The mirror wall tries to make it look bigger but it doesn't help. However, right outside is a lovely gazebo with cafe tables and chairs. The flowers and plants make it a wonderful place to enjoy your breakfast. My favorite part of the hotel... I could have given it more stars had my encounters with the front desk been more pleasant. When I got home I noticed that I have been charged twice. I called and was told that I had to call back on a different day and she refused to help me. She wasn't very understanding about the problem. Perhaps she can afford two charges on her account... Hopefully, this can...

This is so far the worse place I had to stay in my experience. We stayed in this hotel for 3 days for work purposes. The staff is extremely rude and the lady who was at the lobby for those 3 days ( i had to go to see her each day to get the breakfast passes) was always on her private phone without even stopping her phone conversation to help me out. Instead she gesticulate to ask me what I need.

The room was decent but the bathroom was filthy, it looks like the maids here only come to change the towels and put a new roll of paper to maintain the bathrooms. The bathroom cabinets are dirty with coffee and wine stains. The bathroom had a jacuzzi but I did not use it after seeing how filthy the tiles and walls are in this bathroom. Also the whirpool control is outside the bathroom to turn it on/off.

The walls are very thin in this place between the rooms. First night I couldnt sleep because of constant "humping" next room that I was able to hear loud and clear. The second day I was able to hear peoples conversations from another room.

The free breakfast is disguisting. There is no kitchen so all the items comes out from cans (such as cornbeef hash and eggs) and microved pancakes and toasts and I know this since the cafeteria attendee do not bother to put th packaging away. Coffee is watery as well as all of the juices. Cereal is decent the only thing i was able to consume.

For the price of $97 dollars a night its a place I wont stay again as it is too much for what they offer...
