Marshalls — Local services in Redwood City

I was shopping for underwear yesterday and then my basket disappears I asked a Marshalls employee she had basket underwear she told me no she didn't know what I was talking about and I was looking all over for the basket like well it got to where people start stealing your baskets in the store. A woman walked up to me probably about five minutes later with my basket said that the employee that I had confronted about my basket was putting my things back on the rack she basically just lied to my face and then I figured that you get out that you didn't even speak English she could have you talked to me only thing she was saying that I'm sorry I'm sorry you know nothing else to say I need to add people to speak English cuz we are in America I don't have nothing against Latinos but this is an English-speaking country you're just adding Spanish but when you hire people they should be able to speak the primary language there's a lot of different people here in America especially California Bay Area this is where everybody wants to be please have some type of English irritated me a little bit I didn't even complain to the manager about her just a waste...

Bad customer services the lady coordinate was the one in charge of the counter and didn't say hello like normally people that are in the register I was the one saying good afternoon and she didn't responded she was a Hispanic like me. She is a woman with out respect to people that is buying in these reedwood city store please managers don't let these lady that was carrying a name of coordinate of the store in the register helping the cashiers please take those person that don't want to be polite and have bad attitude to customers that go and buy staff to help the economy eather of your store in these reedwood city store at 2545 el camino real. This place always put the tags wrong and they will realize it once you’re in the register . After hours of finding the in the clearance section they will tell you In The register this is not the price they made a mistake . Stupid it’s not big deal few dollars but my time is more precious than this stupid deal you guys have even Costco has this clothes sale for 4 of them for 3.99 . It’s Always like this whenever I come here oh and get this time someone someone stole a bags of goods from you guys you couldn’t even care to get that person just walk out from your store and no one cares and the clearance you cares so much for few dollars !
