Was told I had a lifetime warranty on my wedding ring. Now I'm told it can't be fixed. They say I can either get my money back or trade in. I think its criminal. They don't want to fix it. Any jeweler with an ounce of respect for themselves would fix the ring. I guess things are so bad for them that a miniscule amount of white gold added to the ring would plummet them into bankruptcy. They are sinking. Don't buy any warranty, or any jewelry from them for that matter. Lifetime warranty means you get back what you paid apparently. Disgusting and criminal and a lawsuit will be...

Ellen is fantastic to work with! She always knows how to help me pick out my next piece of jewelry! Super knowledgeable and friendly! All my of warranty issues have been handled quickly and have always came back great like new! I thought I would have issues with white gold, but nope! Always great! One time one of my pieces couldn't be fixed, I traded it in and they gave me what I paid for the piece to put towards something else since I had the warranty!
