Terrible, unprofessional, childish, and trashy staff. There's no sugar coating it, and I have never referred to staff anywhere in any review as "trashy".
I placed a mobile order, which took a bit longer than average to be ready. Then, when the app finally said it was ready, they just placed my drink on the pickup shelf and left my food in the back where they all proceeded to hang out and yell at each other about various things. They had a friend hanging out at the counter. At one point, they had a pile of snacks from the gas station just dumped out on the counter while they ignored my presence. Really bad look. The cashier wasn't manning the front and was in and out of the building. Check the cameras from around 7-7:30pm on March 2nd and see the hot mess for yourself. Order #912586.
In addition to the repulsive and childish staff, the food was substandard. The tomatoes were old and tasted bad, and the sour cream was dumped into a two bite section of the burrito.
Ya'll need to get rid of that whole crew and work on your hiring. Gross. I should've asked for a refund just based on their behavior while I was waiting. They clearly have no self-respect and, therefore, no respect or consideration for others.

The manager acted like she was inconvenienced in a big way by even having it brought to her attention.
