Marshalls — Local services in North Franklin Township

I shop at the store an awful lot. I wanted to return a purse that I had tucked away, complete with gift receipt, but no tag. I brought it to this Marshall’s, where it was purchased, in order to exchange for store credit. The woman who was waiting on me asked her coworker how to handle the situation. The woman she asked, Nancy, immediately appeared to be agitated and said “this is a problem for the manager and she’s on a conference call right now so she can’t help you”. Nancy then told me that she couldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t have a receipt. I told her that I did have the receipt, to which she responded, “it’s just a piece of paper. What would you like me to do with that? There’s no tag”. I told her that I understood and double checked the bag for a tag. While I searched for the tag (which I didn’t have), she repeated herself at least twice, loudly saying “do you get it? Do you understand? I can’t do anything for you.” I told her yes, I do understand, no big deal, however, I am also in customer service and that the way she was speaking to me was not good customer service. She started interacting with me in a very patronizing way. She put on a big fake smile and was exaggeratedly nodding at me as she dismissed me. I took my bag. I took my receipt. I said, “Well, ok. Thank you ladies.” and I left. I will never be returning to this Marshalls due to this employees behavior. I never became agitated or combative about not being able to return my item. I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company, I go to return two shirts for $14.99 each that don't fit where their policy clearly says you can return without a receipt as long as the tags are on it and they decline it. The they tell me they can look up the transaction with my card which I know I used and that fails then they give me a number to call and every time I try to reach out to them they hang up on me as soon as it answers. Like come on if I'm trying to do a fraudulent return or something I doubt it would be for two shirts for 15 bucks each, Complete garbage stay far away. They lost a customer that literally...

Found the cutest bees wax towel!! No need for baggies or plastic wrap! The towel is coated many times in bees wax ( still super flexible). Place your left overs inside and fold the towel around the food and press and rub. Done. Anti bacterial, anti fungal. Place over a plate with left overs, press and rub. Done. Just rinse with water and air dry. Found it first on tiktok and finally found them here!!! I recommend highly!! There's all kinds of gems there...
