I ordered via mobile app twice in one day for drive thru pick up first in the morning and second in the late afternoon. Both times food was missing from my order. One time ok mistakes can happen but twice is incompetence. First was a breakfast order and the cinnamon toast bagel with cream cheese was not in the bag. The second was a late lunch order and soup was missing.
I am not sure what to say except buyer beware when in drive thru or in ordering from mobile app make sure to check over your bag. I mean mistakes happen but at what point does company accountability start to kick in when mistakes become equal to stealing your patrons money? I also work for a living and expect to get the items I pay for. Two times in two separate purchases in one day items were missing.
Also, due to the odds of that happening I had the employee at the drive thru visualize me pull out ordered items and visualize the contents verifying the missing food.

I ordered turkey with greens bacon red onion on a Chibatta toasted. Received turkey greens bacon red onion on white bread with avocado hand print top and bottom on I toasted bread!!! My wife ordered Salad and half turkey sandwich on toasted chibata bread. She too received it on white bread! Salad was very small as with soup. Everybody’s big y has same size for 2.99 I spent 3 times as much for wrong order. I will never go to a Panera bread again. Read moreJust had a horrible experience with an order through the app. called the store and the Manger on duty couldn't do much to help. after a long discussion the Manger after refusing to refund for their mistake offering only a partial refund stated he had the power to refund me but didn't want to. since I was unhappy with his resolution I asked for the store manager and was told they are on vacation for 2 weeks. then I asked for their name and corporate number and was refused. the manager said and I quote I'm not giving you that info because you're going to make up a story about me. I'm not sure what kind of management is taught to evade those questions like that but it isn't meant to promote good will.
