So today I am tired running errands early in the morn with my kiddo and thought I will just grab my new favorite coffee from Starbucks…. I got the drink and it tasted burnt bitter like old coffee grounds and had a repulsive pungent smell. I head back through the drive through to get it remade because this drink was repulsive. I set the drink on the drive through counter to return the one sip thing in a cup and immediately the employee was rude and aggressive saying you can’t put that there we don’t throw away your drink. I replied “I don’t have anywhere to put it” she repeated herself aggressively again and again! This girl was like a 17-18 yr old brat I told the manager I am a paying customer not her mother so she doesn’t need to talk to me that way. I didn’t instigate her attitude she just decided to take out her ugly demeanor onto me. I let the manager know she should be more polite and say in a courteous way that that isn’t what they do instead of coming out of the gate in war mode with a mean nasty face. I mean honestly I had just woke up had to do an early morning errand across town and wasn’t ready for that attitude at all. It is curious what culture this store has where the staff just feel like they can act like their customers are the scum of the earth and not worthy of a good day and polite behavior. I work for my income as well and today did not feel like the ….get my yummy Starbucks treat with a smile and get on the road it felt unpleasant because the employee is not aware of how unbearably rude she is. Maybe they should find staff who actually want people to have a pleasant experience especially when just starting the day. I was there for coffee that I enjoy. Even my daughter in my backseat was like wow she is rude! 👎...
Read moreI went this afternoon and ordered a drink that I usually order at least 3 times a week with no issues. Today, Christian was at the drive through window and informed me I couldn’t have both vanilla sweet cold foam and whip cream in the same drink. I simply showed him receipts of my previous orders and how I’ve been able to order both and just have been upcharged in the past. He gave me a ton of attitude and said “OK JUST LETTING YOU KNOW Starbucks doesn’t guarantee the quality of this drink”. He then turned to the rest of the staff and said “Don’t worry I am going to make this one”. He left his post at the drive through and proceeded to make my drink and maliciously filled the venti frap cup up half way with sweet vanilla cold foam and still no whip. It was very mean spirited and felt malicious. I’ve never had such poor experience. I don’t mind paying extra for what I order so that was never an issue. It’s sad that everyone else at this location has made the drink several times and never complained. Christian should not be servicing customers with this disgusting attitude. Read moreI try to avoid this Starbucks at all costs, but sadly it’s the closest to my job and when I’m desperate I’ll go to it. But I don’t think I can muster to visit this location again. They are slow...PAINFULLY slow. And highly unorganized. My most recent visit I did curbside pick up. I checked in right at the pickup time. After waiting about 20 min I finally head inside. Sure enough there’s my drink sitting on the counter. And because of COVID restrictions pickup is behind the counter so you have to ask someone to get it for you. Good luck trying to get a baristas attention. They look like they want to punch you in the face if you disturb them. Every time I go in there the customers look tired and annoyed.
