My review will be on here as the top post until someone with a higher contribution reviews this place! (I COULDNT be more happier about that statement)
Let’s get to the thick of it!!!!!
What this specific location doesn’t know…… (but I’m SURE will be PLEASED to find out) I PERSONALLY have worked for the lovely “Flynn Group” (Which is who owns this restaurant) for a VERY long time!!!!
I have ABSOLUTELY NEVER been met with such IMMEDIATE disrespect and hostility EVER!!!
This afternoon I stopped in to help a friend of mine (who is trying to make extra money for school, they have EXTREME mental health issues) showing them the ropes of the courier game “as it were”. When I witnessed some of the most unabashed “short fused anger” ever!
Upon my arrival the restaurant had a total of 3 customers (I kid you not ONLY 3) in their lobby. Nobody was greeted upon entering. Everyone seemed on pace. Typical Monday evening and I’m assuming the start of their “rush”.
Here’s where my problem began. A family walks in with their daughter. She has Down syndrome. She couldn’t have been more excited and ready to eat! The family had stood there for about 5 mins. The mom said to the husband, “we haven’t even been greeted yet, let’s go somewhere else”. I made the remark about the area, when an employee turned around and yelled. I mean yelled “we’re busy, we’ve got all these DoorDash orders we have to get out”, the family (taken back of course) got there daughter and walked out the door.
Clearly there’s so many issues which one to start with is gonna be obvious to me but not so much to the “general public”.
The Flynn Group has prided itself on customer service! Working with ANY of the lovely restaurants ran by them, this is DAY 1. YOU SHOULD ABSOLUTELY KNOW THIS!!!!
I’ve personally managed my own store by The Flynn Group for 7 years and had this employee been in my store she would’ve been FIRED ON THE SPOT!!!
Your D.O. needs to be notified by this employee, the disrespect, the unwillingness to help the lobby, the complete disregard to your customers is 100 percent uncalled for!
As for your average consumer I urge you to go somewhere else!!! If customer service is something you value about your experience, you’re NOT getting it here! This employee should be ABSOLUTELY ashamed of their behavior for so many reasons (mind you this woman had to be in her early 50’s so “age” can’t be the excuse here)
Find another restaurant!!!!
I hope the Flynn Group gets to see this!!!! I will be actively advocating for the company as well as the family this restaurant disrespected and doing my best to contact the proper management team in regards to this matter!!!

We ordered food and a shake at the order drive thru we asked if they could mix the mint toppings with the ice cream and they stated yes the girl then repeated the order before we payed for the purchase. Off the jump you can tell her disposition had changed because im Muslim. So shes rushing our order and tries to hand us the shake that was not mixed and food the lady who actually ordered the shake explained that what she was handing her wasn't what was repeated nor paid so i repeated what she said upset the girl slams the drive thru window looks at the shake opens the window and says we dont do that...so of course she didn't want the shake.and asked for her money back so again i relay the measage the girl slams the door again and gets her manager he comes back to say that "I heard we have a problem with someone yelling at my employee about a mixed shake we dont do that" (by the way no one ever yelled )and slams the window. All she wanted was her money back....oh yea this is the killer part im just the UBER DRIVER and was the person relaying the message for my customer who was ordering the food. And she had to have bad custoner service because her Uber driver is muslim they were beyond RUDE and this behavor is Unacceptable the bad thing is i didnt order no food and yet had to apologize for there behavior. when you get asked why you were treated in such a ill manner for no reason you have to be honest and i had to explain that i work in customer service my smile never leaves my face because im constantly juged for being muslim its a sad reality but when I have to explain to my rider the reasons ARBYS just did it is when I now have to write this long complaint because if that's the kind of people you hire I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ARBYS to anyone especially...
Read moreI made an outer route stop at arby's to treat a friend of mine to a wonderful me wonderful meal. It was one of those triple digit days for heat and we were three hours late going to lunh. The only thing great about being three hours late is the lines were very short. The air conditioned dining area was a welcome relief and there were only a couple other tables full. We both sat down and read the online menu through our phones.. We decided to stay seated and order through the app. A few minutes after ordering I approached the counter and asked if we could get our drinks while we waited for our food to come out. The counter person looked for our ticket and informed me that we didn't get any drinks.But we were welcome to have water. I knew for a fact that my friend.It ordered a drink and I was very satisfied with water. Knowing you're gonna come out shortly.I just took the two waters back to the table and waited. My friend volunteered to go up and get the food.When our name was called so that he could fill his fountain drink at the same tim The same counterperson gave him his about to drink up along with both our orders and didn't say a word about not giving him the fountain cup earlier win ashe'd. Half way through our meal.I spilled my water on the floor. My friend went for help and returned with a towel and then cut for the ice on the floor but no help. I understand this if they were very busy in a rush hour situation.But there were only three guests in the entire restaurant.
