Howlin' Fowls — Restaurant in North Kansas City

Stopped by for the first time and picked up 3 Howlin tenders. The menu said it came with 3 jumbo tenders, a biscuit, waffle fries and 2 sauces. We also added 2 orders of Mac and cheese. Got home and realized we only had 1 Mac and cheese, no biscuits and no sauces. Since we were the only customers I didn’t think to check the bag. Positives: lots of chicken, it was just ok though. Negatives: there was no spice to the “hot” chicken. The waffle fries were unseasoned crinkle fries. The Mac and cheese didn’t have much seasoning. And missing the biscuits, Mac & cheese and sauces. We really wanted to love it but between the missing food and the mid food we did get we’ll go elsewhere. As expensive as eating out is now it’s disappointing to not get decent food or at least the food...

I'm very disappointed I have supported the business for sometime. Today I came in just to get six tenders and they were going to charge me for two full meals despite not needing the biscuits, waffle fries or sauces due to dietary reasons. I'm not sure why this is a chicken establishment and you can't order stand alone chicken. I took my business somewhere that allowed me to order the way I wanted...
