Read moreLast evening was our second (and final) experience with poor organization and service at the NK Providence Coal-Fired Pizza location (our previous experiences included a gift card sold with zero dollars loaded on it instead of the gift, which was rather embarrassing though ultimately fixed after some phone calling). Due to COVID, we ordered curbside pick-up for dinner. We were asked to stay in our car with masks on and give our car info so staff could ID us when we picked up in 30 min….sounded great. We showed up and waited and waited in the parking lot, but no one came with our order. We called the same number we ordered from to inquire, but it rang to voicemail. 30 min after we were told to pick up, my wife walked inside to ask about our order (defeating the whole curbside pickup thing…). Our food was sitting on the counter at room temp. The hostess said she was sorry and our car info must have been wrong (though it was clearly correct on the receipt for the order). The pizza was soggy and floppy with congealed cheese (defeating the point of coal-firing), though it probably would have been good when fresh. That no one seemed to care enough to take our food out to us or that the food was in poor condition was pretty disappointing. Other pickup diners seemed to have similar frustrations, as the car next to us also waited 30 min, and the driver left without food and in a visibly bad mood after talking with restaurant staff. We’ve had good food and service at the Providence location, so I recommend avoiding this branch and sticking to the others if you want organized service and food in a...
This place has a few venues in the state, specifically the one in Providence that out perform this location.
I stopped here with some colleagues, and though I certainly enjoyed the home made sausage on the Conrad pizza, the consistency I've learned to love at the Providence location was missing.
The good here would be obvious to anyone who's been to a Providence Coal fired pizza, the food is always fresh and hot, the ingredients are good quality and delicious and the atmosphere is cooler than the flip side of your pillow.
Unfortunately the best laid ingredients of men won't survive the enemy of a sloppy crust. This was the first time I had ever had a soggy crust at a Providence Coal fire pizza. In addition the service wasn't quite as fast as one would normally expect given the number of patrons.
Now, I would like to clarify, the food was still yummy, and the service was still ok, if you are looking for a quick lunch stop and pizza is your goal, I would still give this location a chance. I would have given this place 3.5 stars (they lost a half star for the consistency compared to other superb locations hey own) if I could, but consistency is probably the top thing I look for in a restaurant, and when pushes comes to shove I'll probably just make the drive to the providence location next time (though that won't...

So my first complaint is the hostess she was completely confused on what she needed to do when we arrived.
The next problem was the pizza itself. How do you both burn and undercook a pizza? Yes it happened.
Next was the ingredients, We ordered a Meat-lovers pizza. We got side meat-lovers and realized a few things right off the bat. They use cubed cheese vs fresh mozzarella and their pepperonis where hard to tell if they where the good kind or the bad kind. you know how a pepperonis is supposed to curl a certain way. it was hard to tell because of the pizza being both burnt and uncooked. There where supposed to be meatballs and sausage on the pizza to and I never even seen them on it. so the food isn't that great.
The waiter was a good person and helped quite a-bit. but he never said around to answer some of the questions we had asked about the food.
I cant give them any higher then a 2star. I wouldn't go back to them. go to la papi's if you want brick oven pizza. its a bit more money but the...
