Stop & Shop — Local services in North Kingstown

Was in the shop on Sunday late afternoon to pick up some flowers for my wife for valentines, and the assistance received from the cashier (Amber and helper) was discussing and appalling. The helper, apparently, walked right passed/into my face with an aggressive demeanor avoiding answering my question. Meanwhile, costumers that didn’t look like me she would go above and being assisting them with all their valentines shopping. But she wasn’t done with me yet, after finishing up with her costumers. While paying/check out I had pushed the wrong pin for my credit car and as soon as this was noticed she now would get defiant and mocking me, saying that I didn’t know how to use the machine. What was suppose to be friendly shopping experience turned into a nightmare. The objectionable behavior by such individuals was childish, irresponsibly...

The self service guy George was extremely rude! He comes up to my SELF SERVICE kiosk to make sure I scanned everything that's already in my cart. Then snatches candys out of children's hands. First of all why is a grown man coming close to my children and snatching anything when I'm in the MIDDLE OF SCANNING MY ITEMS. Obviously I'm not done scanning my products. He then takes the other candy from my other child's hand and puts it back on the shelf. WHEN I TOLD HIM I WAS BUYING THAT AS WELL. I never told this fugly man I needed help and I don't need someone hovering over me making sure I scanned items and I most definitely do not need a grown man snatching items out...

Placed a pick up order yesterday and got an email saying 8 items were “unavailable” which I didn’t believe for a second. Drove to the store and before picking up my order, I went inside to look for those 8 items. I was able to find every single item besides one that was actually out of stock. The other 7 items were all there. This is just pure laziness from the workers. The whole point of a pickup order is for convenience of the customer but when I have to go in the store and find the items that they claim are “unavailable”, that takes the convenience away from me. I won’t be placing an online order again because apparently this department...
