Arby's — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

The African American woman who I'll assume was in charge COMPLETELY ignored me. I was a dasher picking up for a customer who's order would have been ready, she asked about every other other accept mines, didn't insure mine would be ready, no acknowledgement for an update, no offer of water for my time, no question about my order or how long I've been waiting, just asked "did you text the customer" and walked away.

THANKFULLY the cashier on the afternoon shift, young male, stood up and mentioned "this dasher has been waiting for his other this whole time"

If not for him this would be one star, because I probably would have not gotten the order, which has happened before.

Will skip any order and I will not come to this Arby's in the afternoon if she's working or to be safe I'll just go to another location...

Ok I went through the driveway on Thursday afternoon, April 11th so I did not step inside. I only wanted two apple turnovers. I was then informed at the drive through they are making them fresh and if I could pull around to the front and they will bring them out. I sat in my car and waited. It seemed like a little while and then the young man from the drive through, with his headset still on came out to my car to apologize for the wait and explained he thought they were almost done but the ‘beep’ meant to turn them over so they are coming out but he offered me a sandwich just for waiting. I was so impressed with this young man. He explained what was taking so long and his gesture of thanking me for waiting was unexpected but I was thankful. Edit: Since this happened my experiences have been pleasant everytime fresh food and a welcoming attitude. I have not seen the people who gave me a bad experience. I will change my star count to 5.

Went for a smokehouse Brisket sandwich and got home and my sandwich was cold. The cheese was literally hard and discolored. Went back asked for a new sandwich and they gave me mine but microwaved it. The meat was then hard as a rock and smelled disgusting. Iv worked with food was a cook at a restaurant for 4 years so I know my food. It was the worst Arbys experience iv had plus on top of it all the lady's were RUDE not one sorry was said just mmmmhmm pull forward. WOULD...
