Burger King — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Horrible. Sunday 1/1/2023 8:30 pm. Pull up no line guys comes over speaker mumbling. I asked him nicely to repeat himself. He responded with how can I help you? I gave him my order. I was met with silence. I say hello and a couple minutes go by before he responds and is apologetic asks me my order again." I hear laughter in background " . I give him my order again and he quotes me a price and to pull forward. I get to window and wait patiently. I see two individuals inside cleaning. One of them sees me and keeps cleaning. It's only 8:40 pm by this time and it's supposed to be open until 11pm according to the website. Already looks like they are closing. After a couple minutes one of them comes to the window and asks me if I'm picking up an online order or app order? I questioned what he ment? He clarifies by repeating himself and at the end asks if I ordered in the drive thru. I'm PARKED AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW. I explained to him I literally just talked to him. In the drive thru twice giving my order. He apologizes and asks me my order a third time. I give it to him and he starts to enter it into the screen on his register. Mood- Whopper with Cheese

You know those times when you just have a sincere craving for a good burger. You dont want it to be fancy, but you dont want a homemade burger either. When these moods come over me BK is usually my go-to if I am in the area of one.

My review is based off of my drive thru experience only. Upon approaching the menu, the standard greetings from the person taking my order was very friendly. You know sometimes it can be very hit or miss at fast food places.

I opted for the Whopper Meal with Cheese of Course , Onion Rings opposed to fries, and I was told of a Peach Raspberry Tea. Didnt even know that was a thing until this day. Can I say this probably one of the best Whoppers I have had in awhile. Yes indeed. Normally when you get home and take your food out of the bag it does not look anything like the pictures. Well as you can see, the burger was very well put together. However that tea was something that I want to entertain again.

Would def recommend - pricing is typical for the fast food places now a days. I guess inflation is the new norm until its not or until we are all accustomed to how it will be. The customer service was on point this particular day and all of my food was packaged very well for the drive back...

DO NOT GO HERE!! This Burger King is failing itself, and it wouldn't surprise me if they ended up getting shut down. All the employees have no idea what they are doing and act extremely entitled, I don't think they have a food card or know how to handle food. From the 3 times I went here, every burger was burned and uncooked as well as the fries were undercooked. THIS FOOD WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POISONING!! The most recent time I went, the food was still poorly made, and the employees were outrageously rude! They will try to overcharge you and don't know how to communicate. They tried to ignore me at the counter for 15 minutes, I had to raise my voice to get their attention, and they came over with a bigger attitude. The place is never clean either!
