Subway — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

The radio was so loud that even the employees kept having to ask you to repeat what you said so I'm assuming this store has no volume control for it. Only thing that makes sense. There was one young male that was training and three female employees. There was no one in line when I walked in. However, every single one of those ladies had him do something for them while he was making order.

One had him wrap her sandwich in the middle of making mine, one asked him to move out of the way so she could grab pickles for a customer that came in after me, and one asked him to ring up her order. As he was still making mine! In the end, even though the store was empty when I came in, there were four people that fit their order, paid, and left before me. Again, not quite sure why. I felt that for training purposes it might be better to do one order from beginning to end. I guess Subway has a different training manual in place.

The food is consistent, as it is a chain Subway, and this isn't in a bad area, but they NEED a manager on duty or something to keep things moving on track and to make sure that the store is operating properly as it should. Otherwise, it's a subway so you kinda know what...

Our sandwiches we're ready for pickup at 5:25 tonight (1/9/24). Came home and opened up our sandwiches and realized after taking a bite that neither one of our sandwiches had everything that we asked for. My husband got the BLT with provolone cheese and red onion and there was no cheese or red onion. And barely any bacon. I ordered the cold cut combo and it's supposed to have ham, bologna and salami and it looks like I only got bologna. No ham and no salami. I also asked for red onions and olives and there were none. And I only got like two cucumbers and a couple of pieces of bell pepper. I also asked for the Italian bread and I got white bread. What the heck? It's not like it was busy in there how come we didn't get what we asked for and paid for? It's like the guy just made the sandwiches anyway he wanted to. Probably won't go to this store again, we'll go to another one next...

They must up my sub so bad. I ordered an Italian bmt melt and when they started making my sub at first they Mest it up by not cutting the bread right but I let it slide . Then at the veggie and sauce station they had no regard for what I was saying . They are adding random veggies and sauces as if it was there’s . I told them multiple times that that’s not how I wanted it they said ok and just kept on adding stuff as I said stop . Then they cooked it twice my order took 30 minutes and my brothers sub was not closed correctly and the sub just slipped out on the floor I added a picture .
