Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

This location is awful. They always try to force you to drive around to the front of the store after ordering at drive thru because they want to keep their times low for wait times in the drive through so the next time I went I decided to just go in the store and I literally sat at the front counter for 15 mins, and yes one of the employees made eye contact with me and then never had any other interaction afterwards. I decided to go back out and drive through the drive through and sure enough they helped me immediately and then told me to drive around front. I said no, I wish to wait right there for my food. They insisted that I go around front because of their wait times and I told them again, politely that I wish to wait for my food and if their time was so important they shouldn't have wasted my time and made me stand at the front counter for 15 mins. After giving me my food I was about to exit the parking lot and inspected my food, they literally made every item wrong, so wrong it had to be intentionally done. I went back in to the restaurant again and requested they just give me a refund and they denied me. I will never return to this location ever again and probably not any Carl's Jr. if the company puts so much pressure on them to have low drive thru times that they have to make drivers go around to the front and park and...

I went to this location today and order a double cheeseburger with bacon added and I thought I was ordering a 3 piece chicken tender stars. when I got to the window to pay I handed Evelyn Magda my $20 ( the total was $19.91 ) . After receiving my food I instantly noticed the chicken tenders and not the stars so I returned the bag and told her I wanted the stars not the tenders. She told me I asked for the tenders and I said yes sorry by mistake I wanted the stars. I just wanted them exchanged so I said you can give me the 9 piece stars after she explained they only have 3 and 9 pieces and gave me the prices. She stated she couldn’t give me a refund or exchange the item for something different because the manger wasn’t there. So I went inside the store and asked why I couldn’t get a refund why she exchange my food she walked to the back and ignored me after i literally gave her my money. Shane on this location This was a very unpleasant visit. I am very disappointed and disgusted at the customer service. Shame on the manger. Fantastic Experience at Carl's Jr. on Craig Rd. - Julian is a Star!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Carl's Jr. on Craig Rd. recently, and it was largely thanks to the incredible customer service provided by Julian. From the moment I walked in, Julian was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good visit. He took my order efficiently, answered my questions with a smile, and even offered a helpful suggestion that made my meal even better. My food was prepared quickly and was hot and delicious, as always. What truly set this visit apart, however, was Julian's professionalism and positive attitude. He was a shining example of what great customer service should be, and he clearly takes pride in his work. It's refreshing to encounter someone who is so dedicated to ensuring customers have a pleasant experience.
