In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

This nostalgic burger joint took me back to what I assumed must of been the good ol days for the generations that had came before my time (my time being classified as the millennial time period being born between 1985-2000 of course! Go early 90s babies!!! Comment or like by the way if you are like me being born in the early 90s or are in the "millennial time period bracket") but, getting back on subject here, their burgers, fries, and milkshakes were phenomenal and overall were amazing, and would more than suggest for ANYBODY to check it out if you're in the Las Vegas area!!! ESPECIALLY if you're near the location by Palace Station! (which is the location I went to) To your staff that's hard working, and awesome overall in your customer service, you guys were incredible, and are doing great, so don't stop that hard work, and keep up the excellent job that you guys must be doing on a daily basis!!! I can see why you guys are mostly busy on a daily busy year round!!! The folks that go to In-N-Out Burger treated more like a temple than they do a franchise the staff is dedicated to producing great food the people that come there expect the good food that is produced the management is Keen and easy to please the atmosphere is again one of almost holy wisdom in that you just happened to find yourself in the best In-N-Out Burger in Las Vegas whether the manager is Joe Perez or Andre also call Drew or whether you're waited on behind the counter by Alessandra or Julio you can expect one fine dining experience especially if you choose to go inside and enjoy the atmosphere of people enjoying each other the food and the atmosphere that they are creating. Soy de Barcelona y estoy de vacaciones. Tenia muchas ganas de probar 'In N Out' porque las reseñas que me llegan a Europa han sido siempre buenas.

He podido acudir al restaurante de Las Vegas y probar por primera vez este establecimiento, su servicio y su producto.

Debo decir que he descubierto la mejor hamburguesería americana en calidad de producto y con un toque de autenticidad sublime.

In N Out supera con creces a otras hamburgueserías del tipo y espero que sigan haciéndolo tan bien como ahora.

La carne de la doble-burguer es de calidad media-alta (un buen producto para un negocio de este tipo). No usan el producto sucedaneo con sabor a humo que resulta tan falso en otras hamburgeserías. Es carne de vacuno sin más con su sabor autentico.

Las patatas fritas son naturales (cortadas al instante sin estar pre-congeladas, algo que es de agradecer) y están fritas con aceite de girasol (no con grasas de otros tipos). Yo agradezco estos puntos de forma muy positiva.

Apenas tienen tres menús para escoger (aunque si dedicas un momento puedes descubrir otros productos). El que alguien extrangero llegue a un establecimiento y estadísticamente ya hayan previsto los tres menús más demandados es algo MUY positivo porque además permiten eficientar y optimizar el proceso de preparación y la curva de aprendizaje de los empleados es excelente.

Me gustaría que los responsables del establecimiento feliciten a todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras que tienen en plantilla:

La chica del pedido ha sido encantadora y eficiente.

El chico y chica que sirven los pedidos son fabulosamente serviciales.

Los cocineros y cocineras han dejado las hamburguesas perfectas (no como otros establecimientos donde la lechuga y el tomate salen por los lados). El producto estaba MUY bien expuesto en la bandeja. Las patatas fritas con un paquetito de sal encima de cada unidad es otro acierto para In N Out.

No quiero olvidarme de la persona que recoge las bandejas de las mesas y además nos ha facilitado una bolsa para una hamburguesa que no hemos podido acabar.

Por otra parte, el rellenado de bebidas es siempre adecuado. La limonada está buena y me gustó poder disfrutat de Dr Peper y también de la Root Beer.

Los asientos para esperar los pedidos son muy buena idea yel detalle del imperdible gigante para sujetar los delantales rojos le da un toque personal muy identificativo.

Como punto de mejora estaría muy bien atender también en español (quizá algún empleado supiese otros idiomas pero me dio la sensación de que no fue así).
