Robin had too many tables and even stated so while we were ordering our appetizers. I had a question regarding the different sauces that came with the triple dipper. Since it was my first time dining at Chili's I was curious what they were and not wanting all ranch style dips I inquired as to whether I could have some of the other sauces. Robin said no adding that each selection of the 3 appetizers came with their own sauce so I inquired to which sauce came with each because it wasn't defined in the menu. Robin then said that she had other tables and that if I wasn't ready to order that she had to go because she was too busy. I ordered and of course didn't like the ranch style dips and asked the worker who delivered our appetizers if I could have a habanero sauce and was promptly served without hesitation. Next upon ordering drinks I asked Robin if all these drinks on the table tent were indeed included in the happy hour and Robin said "Yes" so my friend ordered an advertised drink which we discovered on the bill was a $12 drink. I went up to the bar to clarify the mistake as Robin was nowhere to be found. The table tent drinks only consisted of a few drinks and not the entire table tent menu as we were led to believe based on Robin's answer to our question. The bartender said he was sorry for the misunderstanding but never offered the manager. So this must be a regular way to upsell and increase the amount towards the tip, hah! My friend ordered another drink which happened to be a happy hour eligible item but didn't receive it until half way through the appetizers at least 15 minutes later. We also had to request salt and pepper and hot sauce as the tortilla chips and salsa were bland. The only condiments on the table was a bottle of ketchup? The only time Robin was nice was when she grabbed the machine on the table and instructed us to pay here and that if we would be so kind as to leave a good review that she would appreciate it, hah! Turns out we couldn't leave a feedback as we were paying cash of which I had to go to the bartender to inquire as to how we pay in cash as again Robin was in the weeds somewhere. Upon leaving I inquired to the hostess as to whether I could have a survey card while she was standing next to the ill-dressed manager, who seemed oblivious to being at work. The hostess said no and that she could get our waitress for us,as if that was going to matter at this point. My friend who took me to Chili's for what he thought was going to be a great dining experience even stated as we left that this was the last time he would ever dine at Chili's. For sure I never will and will mention this to anyone else who suggests we dine at Chili's. The food, SERVICE, and atmosphere, and cleanliness do not deserve the one star rating. P U !!! Shame on...
Read moreOur Waitress Debbie took quite awhile to come out to our table and take our initial order; then it took a long time again before our food came out. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The worst and most disturbing part of our experience was that the Waitress Debbie tried to steal/hussle us out of our change. We had already decided that we were going to tip $20 just because we believe in tipping and we just wanted to be a blessing to whoever our waiter or waitress was. Our Bill came to $38.58. We gave her a $100 Bill and she brought us back our receipt, turned it upside down where you couldn't see it and handed us $21.00 and started to walk away. We stopped her and said we believe we are supposed to have at least $61 more dollars...$61.42 to be exact. Well we analyzed the receipt to double check our math for the change and she never put that we gave her a $100 Bill on the receipt. She put $38.58 as if we gave her exact change. She basically was hoping that we just stuck our change in our pockets and didn't think twice about it and if we we're to come back, there was no way to verify that we gave her a $100 Bill because it wasn't on the receipt. We were so taken back and just shocked that when she acted like oh, I was supposed to give you $61 back. She also kept our 0.42 cents. We're not trying to sound petty, but it's just the point of it all. Then when we handed her the $20 Tip she just rushed off giving us the feeling even more that she was caught trying to cheat us. We did regret tipping her after this incident because of this experience...at least not $20. We are concerned how many other people she has done this too. It's disheartening with so much going on in the world that people try to hurt others like this. We don't plan on going back to this location. We were excited to come here though because it was new and close and we had not been to Chili's in awhile and it was a very special occasion for us that we were celebrating and we chose this Chili's to celebrate, however, this incident and experience really put a damper on what should have been a great memory and...
Read moreMy family and I went to this location after not visiting Chili’s In a long time. We were so excited to try the 3 for me deal we live far from this location and we made the trip to go even if it seemed far away. Honestly we had such a bad experience from start to finish !!! We got sat down at a table by the hostess and no one came to greet us at all we waited around 10-15 mns no waiter or anyone came to out table to offer at least a drink . I saw 2 families get seated and a waiter took their drink order right away . I had to ask for the manager and explain the situation . The manager brought us drinks and chips and salsa and sent a waiter our way. He waiter was nice I believe his name was Eric. He did tell my 8 year old he could order fries it was included in the kids meal but no come to find out they charged us $1 for it . Our food arrived and fries were so salty I ddnt want to complain anymore so just left them there . Manager brought another round of chips . My husband also got the 10.99 deal 3 for me which was charged incorrectly in our bill the deal is supposed to include a fountain drink and I have no idea why they charged us for 2 root beers on the side( my husband asked for root beer which was supposed to be included in his 3 for me deal) that itself was 7$ just for 2 root bears they charged for his chilli bowl and burger at a regular price when we asked Eric he “fixed it for us” but forgot about the 7$ root beers whatever we paid for it supposedly they said they had fixed it. They put on the bill my husband had got water and charged for his drinks on the side We don’t like to complain at all and I don’t do reviews but honestly I wanted to know how I feel it was such a disappointment I will never go back to this Chili’s so people if you order the 3 for me make sure they are charging you right I felt like I got scammed!!!!!!!! Smh I don’t mind paying but why lie to us again I will never go back to this...
