Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Buyer beware in my opinion don't get the grilled cheese sandwich it's not melted cheese it's cold cheese on bread .) I have a picture of the sandwich you will not believe it and will post later.. 1st time eating here at this location was visiting in Las vegas. Inside the Allante Hotel casino. Johnny Rockets smelled good as soon as you stepped inside their restaurant. So I ordered a chocolate milkshake with a grilled chicken sandwich and I asked them to put the mayo on the side. French fries also. The fries were good and hot the chicken sandwich was tasty I'm glad I did not put the mayo on my sandwich because after looking at it in that cup the edges of the mayo were hard and crusty like it had been sitting out all day which means I might have gotten sick from it.

after looking at it I am so glad I didn't add it to my sandwich. Shame on you Johnny Rockets that could have really been an upset stomach waiting to happen . Need to be more careful especially with mayonnaise sitting out all day and this definitely had been sitting somewhere uncovered and not at the right temperature that it should be. In my opinion. "

You also sold my guest a grilled cheese sandwich that wasn't grilled the bread had been toasted on the grill with no butter and then you put the cheese on it after the bread came off of the grill which means all of that cheese didn't melted I could literally count the slices after you had cut it in half and I felt it and the cheese was just cold it was straight out of the refrigerator that is not a grilled cheese shame on you. I had to ask for my money back on that sandwich grilled cheese is just what it says grilled cheese it should be melted when served. Will not eat at this location in the near future. So...

I would not eat here again. Food is good that's not the problem it's the service and charging my card more then I authorized(signed for on my receipt)for AFTERWARDS is the issue. They made our 1 out of 3 order wrong we took it back and one lady who wasn't fluent in English said "we make another one very sorry" she was very nice we were giving back the wrong order she said no "keep keep" so we tossed it my husband finally got his correct order. When I originally made the order it was $50 and some change I signed the receipt. AFTER her saying sorry and saying they will fix it no one told me that they were charging my card again for another burger for $10...I come home and see this morning my card was charged $10 ...without letting me know that they were...

My first time eating Johnny Rockets! I originally went over there for Nathan's hot dog. But, they where no longer there. So, since I have never had Johnny Rockets I'll give them a try! Walked up to the counter and the young lady Jevel just looked at me. 😂😅🤣 I said to her this is my 1st time in. I want this burger with chili cheese fries. And I was pointing at the picture. Do you have this has a combo? She said no! Ok, well that's what I want and no drink. She said Do you want to make it a combo? 😂😅🤣 No just the burger has seen on the picture with chili cheese fries. She swiped my card and I tipped. I got home and realized there were no onion rings on my burger!😂😅🤣 Just plain onion. The food was good. But, next I will check my food...
