Rocco's New York Pizza — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

This place has it all. From great service, to cleanliness, to dining, easy parking, and excellent food!!

The pizza joint is easy find and parking is easily assessable. It is located in a plaza with a ton of other restaurants and shopping so you can easily have other things to do in the area.

As we entered, we were immediately greeted and welcomed in. We were told that if we wanted to dine in we can find a seat and someone will be right with us. We opted for take out. The place is very open and very clean. Everyone in there was busting their butts trying to get these orders out, because at 630 pm on a Saturday night, they were hauling getting those online and pick up orders ready.

They offer pizza by the place and on their display was a beautiful extra large cheese pie ready for order. I assume you can add the toppings but we chose to order an XX large meat lovers and mozzarella sticks. Our total came out to 38.99 and our order was ready within 15 minutes. I should also note that a gentlemen checked in with us to let us know that our pizza will be out shortly - I found that small detail very important.

Now, on to the pie. At first glance I thought it looked really good but I would have preferred for the cooking time to be about 2 minutes longer, as I prefer to see my cheese slightly burned and bubbled… but…wow! The slices are the size of a mini pizza lol. So if you plan on feeding 6-8 people I advise asking them to slice it accordingly. We each had one slice and that was plenty! The ingredients tasted of great quality, the cheese was perfectly melted and the sausage and pepperoni were delicious and tasted fresh! You can see from the pictures that the pizza makers put a lot of love into making sure the pie was perfect. This is a great Brooklyn style pizza place. The mozzarella sticks were good but what stood out to me was their marinara sauce. I particularly loved that it wasn’t sweet and had a slight tang to it.

I wish I tried this place sooner because it is now going to be my go to spot for pizza. I’ll make sure to ask for a little extra cooking time next time but this is going to be one of my recommendations for anyone asking where they can find good pizza. Thank Rocco’s for the great food and the...

This is due to my last visit today and my previous multiple visits. The quality of everything has gone way down hill across the board. Just ordered a meatball sub and asked for pepperoni and oil and vinegar to be added and Mozz sticks. Got charged for the pepperoni. Mozz sticks came with a shot glass full of marinara that was basically a tomato that was hard as a rock and a little sauce. Just threw it all in the trash where it belonged. For the sandwich, there was no pepperoni added, and they didn't put the oil and vinegar on the sandwich, put it on the side for me to put on myself and spill over the place. The quality of the food is really bad and not consistent. The soda was completely flat and old. Ate half the sandwich, have an immediate upset stomach, through the other half in the trash where it belonged. Last few times I got pepperoni pizza there some pieces had no pepperoni at all, its unevenly cooked, and not cooked enough. I wish there was 0 stars because thats what it deserves. I’m very disappointed in my experience ordering through your website. I’ve ordered through your website in the past without any issues. Today you couldn’t find my order but had no problem charging my bank account well over $55 and I tipped 20%. I was told by the store manager “that’s what can happen when you order online”. Horrible customer service. Admittedly I was heated after being on the phone for 16 minutes while at work when I shouldn’t have been then not getting anything resolved so I hung up. Rocco’s then called back to hang up on me. Very unprofessional. Super disappointed and word of mouth goes a long way. Food is good, if you ever get any. Meanwhile, now I get to dispute a charge with my bank.

UPDATE:

I received a call back the next day from the manager. He looked into the system and found that because it was an order for a later pick up time it wasn’t showing in their system at the time I called and apologized. They are working on their system so it won’t happen again. He offered me a credit back. Really strange though. The credit appeared the next day but then disappeared from my bank later so I have to continue on with my dispute with my bank. Bummer. So much for fixing the issue. The thought was...
