The worst customer service ever. They were nice nasty and am sure if I was white my experience would have been different. They made me feel as if I made the drink wrong. They made my drink wrong.I was inconvenienced and had to turn back around and get another. I wasn’t offered anything for inconveniencing my experience. Door Dashed 2 ventis and I got 2 tall size drinks in a venti cup. I call the Starbucks on Craig and Bruce, and spoke with the “lead shift,” I think “Leo”? He was rude, tried arguing with me instead of helping me. First of all let me say I use to go to the one on losee and craig (which is always super busy )until this one opened and I was delighted to see a familiar face Daejahnae (had to ask her how to spell her beautiful name❤️).....she is the most warm spirit, friendly face, makes you always feel welcomed starbucks knew what they were doing by hiring this young lady ......between work and home sunset and pecos and this location are the absolute best .........I wish deajahnae could teach people classes on how to have customer service...
