Just moved to the neighborhood about a month ago and came across this Dunkinâ Donuts, which is right down the road from us. Had a really good iced latte the first two times and every time after that itâs been going downhill. Not only the quality of the drinks but also the customer service. Always greeted with an attitude and when you get to the window itâs even worse. Employees seem like they donât care about their jobs. When I politely asked the young lady if they could make me a new drink because they gave me the wrong one, she gave me a nasty attitude and proceeded to yell at them to remake it. However, I was given back literally the same drink pretty much. Anyways, I would recommend going right down the road to the other Dunkinâ Donuts, which is much better.
Edit: I came here two more times after posting this review and still same issues. They do not know how to make the drinks properly at this location. Owner should immediately come out and train everybody properly. Will not come...

Je told me that they have all the flavors. I told him that I am not familiar to their ice cream if he could help me with some names. I asked her if she check the other POS and the back yes he said they donât have any in the building. The assistant manager âDâ behind her and jumped in telling me to go get paper if I want a receipt. I said excuse me and she said â Yeah if you want a receipt go get the paper.â The drive-through cashier stated we donât have any receipt paper and the truck doesnât come until Tuesday.â Now The drive-through cashier should get a manager position because she was professional and had manners.
