My husband constantly wants to go to this Wendy’s because it’s the closes one to our home. It’s February 28, 2022, and I placed an order at this Wendy’s between 8:30 PM and 8:40 PM. First, while placing my order the lady taking my order seemed to have an attitude from the time she asked can she take my order. I asked for a number nine (large) no ice for the drink and a number eleven (large) no bacon. The worker repeated my order to me twice and I confirmed. When I get to the window they hand me one large drink and one small. I informed the worker at the window that both drinks was large he looks at the order says the menu states you got a small. I told him my order was repeated to me and I looked at the screen reading what you guys was placing as my order and it said larger. The worker snatched the drink out my hand and proceeded to get me make a large except he placed the wrong drink. If it was my drink I would of taken it but it was my husband’s I let the worker know and he caught and attitude with me. After when my food was handed to me he threw it at me. I got the food and drink and left the wendys as i started to pull off i put the straw in my cup and started to drink the soda and then my fiance started to drink from the cup. My response to him was do not drink all of my soda and then i grabbed the soda back from and opened it to look to see how much he drunk. THATS WHEN I NOTICED THAT, THERE WAS THIS BROWN AND YELLOW BUG INSIDE THE CUP NEAR THE RIM. WHICH LOOKED LIKE A WORM . THE SODA WAS FULL. SO I THEN FELT DISGUSTED.I LIVE ABOUT 5MINUTES FROM THE WENDYS I TOOK THE FOOD BACK TO THE WENDY'S THE MANAGER SHOOK HIS HEAD AND USED HAD JESTURES SAYING THERE CLOSED. HE FINALLY OPENED THE WINDOW AND TOOK THE FOOD IEXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND HE SAID SORRY AND GAVE ME A REFUND A CLOSED THE WINDOW.I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS WENDYS AGAIN THE MANAGER ON STAFF THAT NIGHT REALLY SHOWED NO SIGNS THAT HE CARED.
