City Watch Coffee LLC — Restaurant in North Lebanon Township

We are always looking to support a local business. Decided to try this place and it was truly terrible. It was pretty dead, everyone there had already been waited on and no one had came after us. We asked if they had raspberry flavoring to put in a cooler and the girl (Ren) completely ignored us ringing in an order. we then waited approx. 15 mins before inquiring about an update. They said they would check on it then waited another 5 mins before the girl (Ren) dumped an energy drink with raspberry flavoring into a cup. When we said that was the wrong drink she responded with the most rude and unprofessional attitude. Stating that’s “what I ordered”. Then another girl stepped in and corrected the order. Not only did I pay extra for the incorrect drink, but received the worst service. Very disappointing as I hear the owners are local and very kind. However, they might need to consider the way their staff...

Wow. Let me just say I was super excited a small coffee shop opened up in Lebanon! I was tired of forking my money out to Starbucks lol. This place does not disappoint at all! The coffee is amazing and the food is freshly made and tastes great!!! Their pumpkin spiced latte is one of the best I've ever had, pair that with a completely customizable panini and you have the recipe for an amazing breakfast/lunch.

Will never need to drive to Starbucks again, the customer service is great, the atmosphere is inviting and industrial and the food and drinks came quick!!!

If you haven't given it a chance, do it before there's a mile long line! Just remember it is new, and new businesses aren't always super fast and they're learning, so be patient but be ready to...

I live pretty close by to the location of this cafe, and on my way to work, i pass by it so many times, everytime i had passed by it i didn't think much of it as i thought it was just gonna be a mediocre cafe. However this time i decided to go in, the person working register on (4/26/25) was super friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was amazing and relaxing, the chandlers were a nice touch, the chair were comfortable and was honestly one of the better cafes I have been to. They even have board/card games. The store was really clean and out together. The food came quickly and was super good. It’s a shame however that it is in such a tucked away place. I will 100% be recommending...
