On in mid May last year I ordered a small kitchen table with chairs. Unexpectedly, they delivered the table that was on display in the store. It arrived with some scratches and imperfections. The delivery man snapped pictures and told the store owner of the problem. The owner told me they would order a new one for me and deliver it as soon as it arrived, but it may take quite a while. So here it is, almost one year later and I have not heard anything. They do not stick to their word, and in this case, have never made good on their promise. Meantime, the table top has picked up some spotting from liquids. I have gone over the spots many times with furniture oil. Finally I tired if it and completely refinished the top. It's a lot shinier than the rest of the table, and looks kind of mismatched. I waited and waited for my new table for far too long. Something had to be done. So no thanks to Rotana for furnishing me with a new table, and instead unloading a substandard model off on me. Granted, the price was reasonable, but I was paying for the real thing, not a used model. Feeling angry. But things could always be worse. I original had a specific date setup for a bedroom delivery and they decided to show up several days in advance but had no contact. When the items arrived they was missing half of the bed. The delivery people stated that it is always "rush...rush...rush by their boss". Now I understand mistakes happen so they did go back and get the parts and returned. However in a few days we decided to purchase a matching dresser. Neither my wife or I was contacted in advance for any delivery and they showed up with just my son home. My son is under 18 and at no point should a item be delivered unless their is an adult in the house and they need to have this on a scheduled date. My front door was damaged during the delivery process. This is very poor business practice to just show up at a customers house without having a scheduled date for delivery let alone with no adult being in the house the delivery people should have just returned another day. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was welcomed like family the minuet I entered that door. I went in looking for a sofa set for my new apartment and the one lady guided me though the whole store. Checked for pricing for me and went listened to what I was looking for. The manager assisted me in so much and worked with me on my credit app. He gifted me the first payment and honestly with this whole pandemic that was so nice of him. It really touched me that he did that little jester not many will do that. I will be going back later to purchase more furniture especially for my child that will soon be in need of her own bed. Honestly best company thatās helped me. Just furniture was a disappointment and I did not go back. The manager offered to have it delivered tomorrow lol thatās how quick they work! With just furniture I had to wait 3 months to have the wrong mattress delivered and my bed panel breaking the same day. They did not care that my new bed was practically on the floor. I waited 2 weeks for my panels to arrive and an additional month for my bed. Never was I treated like family there as I was with Rotana Furniture. I highly recommend.!!!
