------ Update 7/6/24 Came here with my husband and had one of the worst experiences. As we were telling her our order she would give us a total after each item and acted like we were inconveniencing her by each item we added. Instead, she should have waited for a pause and then asked if that completed our order. Last time we were here I was able to get lids but she said they didn't do that. As we waited to get the rest of our order she asked why we were still waiting. When we told her we wanted the rest of our order she said she didn't ring it up and we would have to drive around. The item was the reward and the reason we came in the first place. We left but noticed I was missing my card. We went back and got my card back. They didn't say anything when they gave it back. Not even to verify the name. As we drove away I looked at my account and noticed I was charged twice with different amounts. The receipt I was given was for 24.04 but there was a charge for 19.99 that I didn't make. We went back again and I can't help but wonder how many charges would she have used my card on if we hadn't gone back. I should have been told when I picked up my card something had happened. We brought back all of our order for a refund and asked for the manager. The manager said the girl had accidentally left the card in the reader and it charged the card for the next order. The thing is that's not how those readers work. I asked for a refund and she said she had already applied for a refund for the first one but I didn't see it as a pending reversal. I asked for all of it to be reversed and she said she would. If this is how Andy's are run, I don't think I'd ever want to go back. The weaponized incompetence has caused me to distrust this company. Serious amounts of training clearly needs to be done before more fraud is committed.

Read moreI frequent this location a lot and I love the product. My complaint comes from customer service. There is one particular employee that seems to make my experience horrible almost every time he happens to be there. My first encounter of this guy was late Saturday night around 11pm, he took my order at the window then ignored us and started negative talking to another employee about taking another ladies job position if she didn’t watch it and blah blah blah.... that’s all fine but when you throw my 3 concretes at me dripping with ice cream n chocolate sauce and I have to drive home 40mins with sticky hands..... yeah I was mad but let it go. Then there was another night we showed up late and the same employee came out to tell us they ran out of custard, then the last time I showed up he took our order and I can obviously see how annoyed he was or unhappy we were there late. Idk what it is about this guy but he’s never happy and makes me question going here every time due to the possibility of that guy being there. Read moreIt saddens me to have to write this, but I feel that its my civil duty. I have not been to this location in several months due to the last experience that I had there. We waited in line to place our order for over 45 min. When our orders were finally placed we sat at the window for another 20-30 min waiting on our concretes. The staff inside seemed to genuinely not give a rats behind that they were taking so long and making so many people wait. They got my order wrong three different times, had to remake it three different times before handing it to me only to find that it was still incorrect. I was beyond fed up at that point so I just threw it in the trash were it belonged. The incompetent girl working the window was so unprofessional, rude and indignant. She could not even tell me what her managers name was and would not tell me hers. If youve ever had a poor experience at this location, I can almost assure you it was her you were dealing with.
