Not happy and will NOT return to this location! I entered the store with no other customers present. The one employee working on an online order didn't even acknowledge my presence (by saying hello or even LOOKING AT ME) for a full two minutes (I was watching the time on my phone). I should've listened to my gut and left then. Once the man finally spoke to me and asked me what I wanted to order, I told him I wanted a footlong Spicy Italian sandwich. He made my sandwich as requested, although it was much thinner on meat and vegetables than what I get when I go to my usual Subway. When it was time to ring me up, he asked another employee to come out from the back so he could continue making sandwiches for the two other customers that came in after me. He told the female employee that I had a Hot Shot (Italliano). I told the female that I had a Spicy Italian, and that the Hot Shot was a dollar or two MORE expensive than the Spicy Italian. He said "we don't have the Spicy Italian anymore", BUT HE NEVER MENTIONED THAT WHEN HE WAS MAKING MY ORDER!!!!! HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT MEATS TO PUT ON THE SPICY ITALIAN, BUT WANTED TO UPCHARGE ME WITH THE HOT SHOT BECAUSE IT IS SIMILAR! I had a $10 bill in my hand, because my Spicy Italian is only $9.18 after tax, and this Spicy Italian RANG UP AT THE Hot Shot price cost me $11.92. I told the girl that there is a way they can ring it up as Subway My Way (or something like that), because I get these sandwiches all the time and my receipt SAYS Spicy Italian. He still acted like they couldn't do it. I'm too nice of a person, because I should've walked out and left my Spicy Italian (that they they were trying to upcharge me as something else), but I pulled out two more bucks and paid anyway. I told him he should've told me that they would ring it up as a Hot Shot EARLIER... like before he made it! I purchased fresh cooked churos, however i was given old bread at subway on camprobinson in nlr I brought the items back immediately in exchange for fresh food. The manager was not available for the transaction at 6:00 on March 22nd 2024. I came back the next day like I was told to speak with Amanda the manager about some fresh food, no one said anything about a receipt the first time. Unfortunately I left the old product with Amanda right after being told she could not replace the old product without a receipt. So to some it all up I had to deal with coming back to subway twice in one day without fresh food, then a third time the following day wasting gas only to be ignored by the Manger Amanda, then told a third time I can not get what i paid for. I told Amanda I will not be coming to subway any longer and Amanda response is okay. Sound like she is unbrothered by my experience at the location she is managing. HONESTLY I'm not sure how Amanda is working with customers, the experience I received from her is unpleasant. Unfortunately I stood in Amanda eye sight for 2-5 minutes before she acknowledged me. Read moreThis place is a joke. I took two bites out of the same sandwich I order every time. Couldn't even make myself finish it, it had such a twang. Something was soured on it. I called, they tell me bring back the sandwich with the receipt and they would refund it. So I bring it back and they tell me there is no manager or no one that can do a refund I have to keep my sandwich and receipt until the manager gets back in to get my money back. They could've informed me that no one there could do this today but didn't. So instead I had to drive over there for that. The crew tried to call mgmt to no avail and they weren't rude about it, but had no knowledge about how to fix this situation, also had no knowledge of who to call above mgmt, said there might be a number to complain to on the receipt, there's not.
