I've been to a lot of Captain Ds in the US, BUT THIS ONE takes the credit for being completely rude and not friendly. I've always gone to this one, and I adore the food they have there but this one time might make me not return to any Captain Ds in the Little Rock area. I had ordered thru the drive thru,the catfish feast and the supreme sampler, 2 of them to be exact. I went thru the drive thru and I didn't check to see if all the food i ordered was there cause I've always trusted them to completely serve me with my orders. I got to my place and automatically noticed I had only gotten 3 plates of food. So in my mind i had to double check everything. Thats when I noticed that my 2 supremes were good and the my catfish feast were missing. The one I received was missing my sides. As you could tell in the picture i took of it. So I called the store to see if I could sort out the missing plate of food. The Manager at the time told me he had no problem making my food again but when I got there I was asked 100 questions about the plate of food, mind you he had it out for me like if I was stealing from him, when in reality he was stealing from me. I showed him my receipt and he snatched it from me and refused to give it back to me. Being unpatient and mad already, I told him to forget it and the food. He still refused to refund me the money for the missing plate of food. Im one of four guys that were gonna eat good food today but tonight one of us didn't eat. Read moreWhen I visited this restaurant I had the worst encounter with the general manager her name was shay she had a ball cap on like she was not representing a restaurant she was very rude and had a condescending attitude. she was talking over me and laughing with someone that wasn't even ordering food.she was laying across the seat where people were in line ordering. she didn't tell me about any of the specials they had before i placed my order. water was falling from the ceiling in the entry way the staff members shirts weren't clean pants were dirty the sweet tea wasn't sweet at all the cashier at the window was on her phone no one was wearing any gloves the sitting area smells like sewage. I came in looking for the old general manager none of the old staff was there the old crew was way better than this new one and the general manager needs to be fired because with her representing captain D'S I will not be back and I asked for corporates number she said she didn't have the number. Having ordered one of the “favorites” I noticed that the manager was arguing with customers in the drive through, slamming carry out cartons in sacks, and being extremely rude to customers and her coworkers. I should have left but went ahead and ordered. Two meals, one $5.99 and another at $6.99 rang up slightly less than $19. What happened to my bargain Senior meals? I was charged for a drink and 2 cups of water. I waited patiently while the manager argued that while the receipt said that bottled water was $.40, those were plastic cups of ice water for $.40 each. And the drink charge? It was an automatic charge of $2.50. I explained that I did not order a drink and water had always been free. She huffed and ordered the young and POLITE cashier to just “give her back her money for that one drink.” I will not even go into my request for lemon. My lunch companion and I have been meeting on Wednesday for many years at this location in North Little Rock.
