“Another One Bites The Dust” There was a time (pre-Covid) when I longed for a Chipotle in the NLR area. You know, before there were “Now Hiring” signs on practically every food service buildings door. The ones in Little Rock were exceptional and I only don’t go EVERY DAY because they are a bit out of my way. I was honestly flabbergasted that there wasn’t a Location being built in NLR. Before the “Pandemic”, this probably would have been a great idea! Now, this place is TERRIBLE and it’s not just the “c word’s” fault. That’s really the only thing I can empathize with. Seeing as there ARE some successful new food joints in that same area. Places like Waldos, Jersey Mikes, and a couple of others. Jersey Mikes actually had my business for 5 days in a row when they first opened. Store is always packed. Am I in there for more than 15 mins? No. Are all the staff friendly and engaging? Yes. Is my food accurate and on point? Yes. That is really all many people are looking for in a restaurant and some, even less. Moreover, if you don’t believe me, check out their reviews. This Chipotle...is an EMBARRASSMENT. However, I do have a few questions. Who is running this place and why are you not there every day? And yes, I do mean EVERY DAY. At least until your store is actually functioning. The parking lot being full for the first 2 weeks at lunchtime will NOT last past 3 months at this rate. Maybe even less. There is already more staff eating at the place than customers in the evening! Did you not bring an A squad team to help train and maintain the store for the opening month(s)? Imagine being asleep and just losing consumers and MONEY. You have 2.6 stars on Google and you just opened. This HAS to be some kind of a record. Opening month should be your BEST month. Not only in terms of sales, but quality satisfaction. We would even understand if you started good and over time, went downhill. How are you people STARTING in the can? I am incredibly disappointed in this location and you should be too. The lack of preparation for what was to come is appalling. I really hope someone learns from this. Not just my review, but also the truth about this store and where it is headed. You have to instill some kind of standard and only hire ones who will hold it. There might still be hope. It will take some hard changes and some people gotta go, but this is a business at the end of the day. Why do anything if you are not going to give it your all? Is this how you do everything? Is this how you treat your family? If things do not change soon, this Chipotle will undoubtedly end up in the graveyard of the other Failed Food Experiments of NLR. May God...
Read moreLet me take you on a very frustrating journey. I'm an Uber driver, was working since 7am, took someone to the airport about an hour away. "Sweet" I thought to myself "I get to have chipotle for dinner!". Get there, short line so I figure I could wash my hands to fully enjoy the meal right (this was my first mistake) when I get out a group including a mom, her daughter, and a very rotund male counterpart with shorts that weren't short enough because he kept pulling them up first by the waist then by the bottom seams to turn them into what I can only describe as a crumbled up thong. The mother ordered three tacos with the new al pastor chicken. The girl goes to the side area where I assume the line makes door dash and drive thru orders, grabs a portion of al pastor chicken and makes her tacos. My turn! "I'm sorry we're all out of all pastor, but they are making some more" she tells me. Cool I can wait... I watch their open kitchen as the cook proceeds to cut up 4 full metal containers of various chicken, during which time the dude who was half way done making my bowl commends me in my patience. 2 minutes later I see that same cook cut up another bin of chicken and take it to the side line AGAIN!!! At this point I throw up my hands and say my patience had run out. It had been thirty minutes that my bowl was half made waiting on a protein! He asks "really‽" And I said "yeah, be easy homie." And left. If you go to this location DO NOT go inside! You will be at the back of the line the whole time! They do not care of you want to sit and enjoy your food, they will show obvious preference to turn and burn. I cannot recommend that you go to literally any other chipotle! The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is because I want more people...

I waited in the chipotle-line for 30 minutes past my pickup time (5:40pm) and was the 8th car in line. I got out of the line and drove around to a parking spot. I went in and they said they were really behind.
I got back in my car and into line (I was behind 10+ cars and moved up 1 spot) and waited 20 more minutes before parking and coming back inside to see why it was taking so long. I saw the manager (I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes) waving disrespectfully in someone’s face that had been waiting a long time too until he frustratingly left the building. The manager came around and asked the 10 people waiting at the pickup area what their names were after about 5 minutes of me waiting at the register. At 59 minutes he brought out the wrong order to me and had to go back and then someone else came up and asked what my name was and then they went back and started making my order. They brought out the correct order at 64 minutes past my pick up time. They did not offer any apology and nothing as compensation for the ridiculous wait time when I made it clear how long I had waited. This is the most egregious experience I’ve had at this location though this is not the only poor experience I’ve had there. I travel a lot for my job and have been to chipotles all over the US and in foreign countries… I can confidently say this is the worst location I’ve...
