Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Little Rock

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐= NEW 5 ⭐ REVIEW OF THE THIS DOMINO'S!!!! Well, when I last got pizzas from this Domino's, I was pretty scathing in my review, this was how it began: "This was the 4th time to get pizza from this particular Domino's and it's going to be the LAST time!" I am very happy to say that the pizzas which we ordered last night (October 8, 2022) are absolutely 2 of THE BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED!!! We were extremely pleased when I opened the boxes and saw 2 beautiful pies that had loads of Pepperoni & Onion slices piled deeply across the tops!🍅 These were such beautiful pizzas & were so very different from the ones that we had gotten last year, that I had to write a NEW REVIEW! I had to let everyone know that things were definitely different from how I had last written! I ordered 2 medium, two toppings pizzas, and an order of Garlic Bread Knots. I have ordered Bread Knots at about 4 different Domino's, but these were by far- the fattest, softest knots I have ever enjoyed! We ate several of them in the car while they were hot-- and I do mean hot! I ❤ dredging the bites in the hot, garlic butter that clings to the paper that they are wrapped in. That fluffy bread just melted in my mouth!😋 I would have included a photo of the Heavenly Garlic Bread Knots-- but only one survived to make it home! I could've taken a picture of buttery paper-- and only one, lonesome Knot... but that's kinda pitiful. The combination that my husband & I prefer, is Pepperoni & Sliced Onions, Extra Onions! I called just before closing at about 11:56PM on 7/19/18. Whoever the manager was let the phone ring for 5 minutes before picking up the phone at 1:01PM and told me they were closed. i used to work for Dominos in Georgia so i knew the policy of 2 rings and answer the phone if your on another line and unable take the full call you pick up the phone ask to hold and put the customer on hold and finish the 1st call.

Her: Dominos. Me: Hello! that was on odd wait time the usual policy is 2 rings and answer. Her: Yes i know i was on the other line. Me: well usually youre supposed to answer say please hold and put me on hold. Her: well thats difficult when the other customer wouldnt let me. Me: okay well id like to place an order for delivery. Her: sorry were closed Me: well i started my call 4-5 minutes before you close so id like to place my order please. Her: Suuure id LOVE to take your order. where is it being delivered to. Me:19th street. Her: sorry we dont deliver there we dont go past 29th. Me: uhhhhhh okay (thinking the streets go up towards the store) thanks.

after looking at a map i realized that she just said what she could to get out of making the order which was just going to be one pizza. This is completely baffling and just outright lazy. dont...

The service was friendly, but after paying $2 extra for extra cheese on my pasta there was none, also the red pasta sauce is tangy and not entirely good. The salad taste great although they are a pre-made, prepackaged salad like you get from Kroger.

Update: I ordered Dominoes for delivery and gave them another chance since it has been over a year since my last order, I ordered the stuffed cheese bread, it was okay. I also ordered a bbq chicken sandwich with no blue cheese and light hot sauce: when it got here all it had was chicken and cheese no onions and no hot sauce at all ( not sure why they call it a bbq sanwhich if it has no sauce), so I called the store and they had a 2nd one made and sent it for free, that was great, except they sent someone else who after handing me the sandwich stood there waiting for a tip, which I could not give him because I already tiped the first driver and could not afford to tip another driver .I opened up the 2nd sandwich and it looked just like the first one but with 3 small slivers of onion...I am going ahead and taking Dominoes off places...
