Me and my sister had the pleasure of going to this establishment for lunch. At first the experience was going bad. There was a lady on the headset for drivethru that started taking our order and then I was told to hold. She never came back I waited 5 mins at the speaker box. So I pull up to the window to see what was the hold up! Ms LaKiah Goods was now at the window and asked had I had my order taken? I said partly but the lady said hold on and didn’t come back so I pulled up. She politely took my order and what I wanted and didn’t want on my sandwich. She was very professional and kind when she spoke! You don’t usually get that! When I was done she repeated everything from memory to the worker preparing the orders! I would normally get people with slight attitudes or rushing you to order. She did none of that! I asked to speak to the manager. She went to get him and Mr John Gilbert came to the window. I wanted him to let him know that her customer service was stellar and has a very welcoming face and attitude! Mr Gilbert was politely as well and dressed appropriately because I have came in contact with management that is dressed slouchy and wrinkled! Just not professional and has no concern to speak with you! This was not the case he Came to the window promptly! But he was dressed nicely and I can tell he cares about his job and his employees just from our little conversation! You don’t get that everywhere! And to the guy that fixed our order thank you as well!! We are very picky of how we like our food to be fixed! We are a family that has to have mayo on both sides of the bun please! 😊 So I said that to say this the fast food world can demanding at times especially when something new comes on the menu! We were in line for awhile and we went to the gas station, down the road, and realize they gave us a regular size beans and rice, when we paid for a large. We even had our receipt that showed we did. So we went back and the line was even more longer. So we tried knocking on the door to the dinning room but the worker clearly saw us but ignored us. So we waited in the drive thru, we tell the lady what Happened and all she said theres a 20 minute wait on the chicken and then we said we dont need chicken we just need to exchange this small b&r for large beans & rice okay I'm sorry about that give me a second. And nothing. So we pulled fwd. We finally reach to the window, she looks at us were holding the b&r and receipt out the window, and she walks away. We're thinking she's grabbing a large. But no, we waiting there for almost 7 mins and she's just standing off to the side, no one coming to the window. So we decided to beep our horn, and then she comes to the window. And we tell her again, what happened. She then takes it and comes back with a package. We take off, and I looked inside and there was 3 small beans and rice... SMH... it was really good. Read moreI am writing regarding a deeply unpleasant experience I had at your location during a recent drive-through visit. When I pulled up to the drive through there was a vehicle that was stopped out back, and an individual was loudly shouting at an employee near the back entrance. During this disturbance, someone exited the vehicle, ran to the back door, and appeared to retrieve food directly from that location. When my meal was handed to me, it was crammed into a bag that was far too small , resulting in the contents being placed on their side and leaking throughout. The bag was missing utensils, napkins, and a straw for my drink. Additionally, my passenger seat was soiled with a large grease stain from the meal packaging. Most disturbingly, I discovered a long synthetic blonde hair inside the food. I paid using my bank debit card but did not receive a receipt I thought they may have put it in the bag. No greeting, confirmation, or acknowledgment from staff. While I cannot speak to the employees’ demeanor due to the lack of communication, the overall experience was unprofessional and unsanitary. I did not open my meal until I got to the house. Regrettably, I did not consume the meal due to the unacceptable condition in which it was served.
