Just got done ordering lunch had a large chili and a baked potato. The drink machine at this location was in constant maintenance and no one would take the time to fix it. Customer after customer was asking for drinks. They were charging for drinks but not service in the machine. Multiple customers were complaining. The chili and the potato were good but I would love to have been able to have something to drink to go along with it.
The service at this location is often extremely slow whether you visit the drive-thru or go inside. If you do choose to go inside you have one lady that works the counter while yelling at the other employees on how to do their job.
It seems this location need some serious help but it comes to organization of this establishment.
This is one reason for rating this location with one star.
Also in the man's bathroom there is no stall door around the toilet area.

Read moreStopped in on my way to work today. The drive thru was very packed. (About 7 cars ahead of me) But I had 45 minutes so I swung in to try the new and improved fries. I sat in line about 35 minutes but I understand the employee shortage is real. I make my order and get to the window. They hand me my bag and luckily I check as I'm pulling away. NO FRIES! I didn't have time to wait in line again as it was back up once again. I pull into a spot and attempt to go into the lobby. The doors are locked!!! There are customers in there so I'm confused. I knock and just get ignored. A customer comes out with their order and I attempt to go in but the instruct me they can't let me in because the lobby is closed!! I knock and knock but the employees just look at me ans ignore me. FINALLY after about 5 minutes of standing there, someone comes to the door and I tell them my issue. They retured with the fries but that it. No explanation or apology at all. It's terrible how awful the standards have become these days. Stay away...
Read moreBad experience, I order the $5 biggie. I had to mention the nugget sauce I wanted, they never asked. Drive thru was terribly slow. At window, I gave them my debit card, and they had it for about 4 mins; which I was a little uncomfortable with not being able to see where the person was the whole time. I get card back with receipt and cashier asked what did I order? Really? At this point I didn’t say a word, just handed my receipt back to cashier, she made the comment “ugh, this isn’t what I needed”, I didn’t care, be rude to me, So I wasn’t going to say anything. They finally figure out what I ordered, hand my food out, and I left. The food was nasty, soggy cold limp fries, (only ate a few), the nuggets were the same way, nuggets cold, rubbery and smelled old, Ofcourse no nugget sauce.
