I chose this restaurant thinking that it would be authentic based on the fact that half of the menu that I saw online was written in Chinese. I found out that should not a determining factor.
They have a diverse menu but it seems that they have changed the recipes to satisfy the diet of midwestern Americans.
We decided against the lunch buffet because everything looked either sweet or greasy. I ordered Mongolian Beef which normally has a salty, savory, slightly spicy flavor but their Mongolian beef was sweet and tasted like the only ingredient besides beef and onions was oyster sauce.

Seems like this is the typical standard here if alot of reviews are fine with being served plastic plates. Our food was served with the cheapest plastic plates. No utensils. Had to grab plastic spoons and forks from the front. Water wasn't offered. Their "house specialty" food was nowhere even close to tasting good. Cheap food. Doesn't have any drinks, but only canned soda and bottled soda. Worse place I've experienced in all my life of eating Asian restaurants. I'd recommend others to take their time and actually go figure out what a normal to decent standard of asian restaurant...

On a positive note, food was hot and served in a timely atmosphere. Honey chicken had no honey flavor and Sweet and Sour Chicken had no vegetables but were edible. I returned the pork potstickers: they were overcooked, hard, and the meat had a bad taste. No glass of water was available or ice for drinks.No chopsticks. You can buy bottles or cans.
