Beans Coffee House — Restaurant in North Mankato

My Pumpkin Chai Hot Press and Apple Strudel Muffin were absolutely delicious. Good variety of seating options, free Wifi, and nice amount of outlets, which makes doing remote work on a laptop very convenient. My only criticism would be service. In the two times that I have visited, I was not greeted upon entry and left waiting a few minutes before being attended to, which didn't make me feel welcome. It appears that most of the employees are young high school/college aged, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Just one area for improvement that I have noted. Today I come in I see three people working and I stood there for at least three minutes before anyone said anything to me. I'm visiting Kato with my kids from Florida. We are touring local coffee shops. Upon entry, you'll notice how clean and tidy this coffee shop is. No clutter or untidiness. The staff people, Megan and Carie were wonderful service and provided options and choices to our questions. They continued to interact with my kids after we sat down, as well.
