I ordered 2 large sundaes and 3 scoops of rocky road seperate. Ubder deliveted costing $40.00. My HOT FUDGE sundae i really wanted was missing, strawberry, nuts, and chocolate sprinkles and HOT FUDGE. What is a HOT FUDGE Sundaes without hot fudge? It was horrable, but cost over $15.00 served in a plastic drink type cup with maybe 4 oz.s of ice cream, a small portion. I called Uber, they gave me a $3.00 discount, Wow. What I really wanted is to teach the town idiot how to read the order. Your only job is to make the Sundae right and take pride in your job, whatever it is. There is no quality control and someone checking over the orders. To the owner, add more ice cream,. Mannn let me tell you about this place. I used to come here alot years ago when they had better staff. I got there probably the 22nd of December and I wasn't greeted until I pretended to walk out. When I told then what I wanted, they pointed out to a girl that was on her phone and didn't bother to look up to see me her client. She had an attitude and it threw me off so I asked the lady who greet me how long it would take until I get seen. The lady said they were very busy so maybe half an hour. Mind you, there was only two nail techs and one doing pedicures. The two nail techs weren't doing anything at all so how were they even busy !?!?!. I ended up leaving because I just...

I came in for a Bananas Foster Sundae Dasher and left completely impressed. It was so delicious—fresh bananas, creamy ice cream, and everything made with care. The man who helped me (I think he might be the owner) was kind, professional, and really seemed to take pride in what he was doing. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about quality, and that made all the difference.
