Zile boutik — Local services in North Miami Beach

A fantastic grand opening of Zile Boutik. The Haitian community came out in full force to support the boutik and the mastermind/creator, Anie Alerte. This lady is a force, in the Haitian community, to be reckon with. She is taking an entire nation with her as she climbs the ladder of success. We are so proud of you(Nous sommes fiere de tois, Anie)! Zile boast locally sourced products directly from Haiti 🇭🇹 Many of the products are handmade by small artisans whose livelihood depend on the sale of these products. Some of the products include casav, chocolat, manba, Miele, confiture, hair oil and hair pomade. They also carry branded Zile hats, t-shirts/sweatshirts, and some home goods products. You must visit. This is my second time .I was disappointed by the level of customer service I received during both recent visit. The staff appeared disengaged and were not attentive to customer needs. Overall experience fell short of the professional standards I expected. Good customer service, the cashier and representative agent are very friendly, nice, polite and sympathetic.
