Took my best friend to Duffy's to celebrate her birthday last night and happened to meet the new GM, his name is JOHNNY! Was greeted and sat right away by the Hostess in the front, didn't catch her name but she was super sweet.

Sean saw me first and gave me a warm greeting hello as always, such a great attitude and always with a smile! Asked if we had been helped within seconds of sitting down so my customer satisfaction was already at a high bar! Sean informs me the new GM is there, who made his way to our table and introduced himself.

Well, I wasn't sure how I'd feel about meeting this new GM, as everyone knows through the years how much I've respected Kyle and what he has done for this location. So....I cannot be more pleased at the serendipitous occasion in meeting him, the day I came to celebrate my best friends birthday! What a great introduction & customer service was on par with what has become the norm here in NMB! Thank you Johnny for making me feel at home, much like Kyle had through the years! I appreciate your warmth and gracious attention in making a wonderful moment for my best friend and I!

Truly, I do see great things and can't wait to see how you incorporate your management style with the amazing staff you inherited & the ones you'll choose along the way! My experience here has been nothing short of amazing, and that's all because the staff is of one spirit. It looks like you've established an easy rapport which is no easy feat with this crew. This is the type of leadership that will have patrons coming back. Congratulations & thank you!

It was great to see Kiko and Kelvin again, a few weeks after my mom's 75th birthday surprise party there! You guys are like clockwork with the teamwork! Thanks Kiko! The overall experience last night is the high bar I've come to expect and respect with this location and I'm happy to report that the torch has been passed along capable hands thus far.

Food: Loved my firecracker shrimp, the strip steak tasted a little soapy which I've encountered before in a prime rib so not sure what to say about that. I had the LIT which was bomb and the whole experience was on point! Great new beginnings Duffy's, I'm still a fan!...

I went to the restaurant around 10 PM and we got seated quickly.. Issue is that after getting seated our waiter came to our table and then left. After that, when we ordered our food and drinks, some friends ordered beers and it took 30 MINUTES to get 3 beers. They had on top of that also forgotten about one of our friend’s drinks. We had ordered no appetizers.. it took an hour and a half to get TWO PLATES of food.. TWO PLATES, we were SEVEN. The ice in the water had already melted, and the beers had come with cold glasses but the beer was warm.. that was already a red flag. 🚩 One of the plates of food already had quite soggy fries and the Medium Well burger was somehow burnt.. Not only was it burnt but it was cold. We had passed by the kitchen just to encounter a bunch of people chit-chatting, it’s really disappointing. Then it took around 15-20 minutes to get the rest of the food. The chicken tenders were DRY and BURNT. Two of us had ordered chicken tenders, and they both had the same terrible quality. The burgers were all BURNT and COLD, they were nearly not even edible, the fries came in cold batches with 2 plates coming with half cold half warm fries. It took another 20 minutes for our other person in the friend group to get her sliders, and that was after asking where they were. Her sliders were rancid, inedible, and just overall low quality. We asked for the manager and our friends had asked for honey mustard which they never received. When the manager came we explained the situation to him and he just said “well what do you want me to do?”, the food at this place was good before but the quality has just gone WAY down. Then we received a ceasar salad, it had an odd rancid taste and seemed like it was old. It was inedible as well, and the croutons were soggy and dry. After we received the check, we got a 25% discount BUT with 18% gratuity included, that’s essentially a 7% discount for food we essentially didn’t even eat. The sliders got removed from the order because they were essentially not touched, and then we had to complain to the manager again, he didn’t charge for the 2 dollar caesar salad and gave one of the checks a...

I am so unsatisfied with choosing this place to have dinner with my family. Money thrown away completely. Let’s begin with the customer service, horrible! We were seated and initially had one server who then disappeared and it seems like another server picked up her slack and not much because we were unattended most of the time anyhow. It’s our first time here so we kind of ordered a little variety to get a taste of everything and they have the audacity to caption the mozzarella sticks “worlds best”. It was garbage! The onion rings were ok I won’t complain about them. The nachos were soaked in sauce so the chips were soggy nasty no presentation so looks unappetizing. We then ordered the wings and they were WACK! The famous jumbo shrimp were bland, the breading sucked and the fries looked dull which either they were over cooked or fried in old oil. My husband ordered the NY strip for $20something I expected something decent. Ordered medium and the steak was a choking hazard I swear! Looked like my daughters play rubber steak it was so dry no juice. The green beans were dull as well couldn’t even eat them. Overall, dinner was depressing and we were so disappointed with the all the food options. We noticed that our surrounding tables would order burgers. Maybe that’s the only thing good there? I regret not ordering a burger actually because all of our food was bad. We had ordered boxes to take home since we didn’t finish the food because we hate to throw away food but we ended up leaving the boxes forget it not worth taking home. If the food sucked at least the service would’ve compensated some but overall the WHOLE experience was BAD. Don’t recommend this place to go have a family dinner with kids. Food sucks, service is worse. There’s staff at the restaurant but they have no ambition to work for what they applied for. This place needs new management and honestly new cooks! Never...
