Hello Starbucks Corporate,
My name is [Anonymous]. A Formal complait has been filed with Starbucks Corporate. I am here to report that one of your Starbucks located at: 1690 NE Miami Gardens Dr, Miami, FL 33179, I ran by a manger identifying him as Joe Buck closed his Starbucks Store precisely at 0658p on 12/08/2024 (I have proof of sevetsl customers trying to come to inside the Store only to be denied service. The Store according to both Google Maps and a picture of that I took showing the Hours Of Operations is suppose to close at 0930p. There was a chinese couple who was denied entry and I have video footage of customers trying to go into the Starbucks before closing time only to find out that they are unable to come into the store because the store manager purposefully closed the Store early! The person in charge running the store was a male with a white polo shirt (identified himself as Joe Buck) , along with one female and one male whom are employees working with the black male in charge. I have always come to this Starbucks myself and NEVER had this dislevel of customer service and I am pretty sure it is against Corporate Company Policy to close early. On Google Maps it shows that they are suppose to close at 0930p as well as the sign on their Hours Of Operation. They are suppose to close at 0930p. Your hired employees just took away 2 1/2 hours of Corporate Profit the store could potentially make and for what reason you ask?!? That is something Starbucks Corporate needs to address with Joe Buck. Shift Manager of Starbucks at the time. Thank you for your attention...
Read moreI arrived at the establishment and sat down to enjoy the ambiance. I wanted to place an order, but had just consumed my SuperGreens. As I sat at a high top quietly, a team member by the name of Gina approached me. She informed me that I would not be able to sit unless I was a paying customer. I then explained that I had just consumed my SuperGreens and was waiting a bit to order. Gina said that she watched me move from table to table so I needed to order. I obliged. I walked to the cashier, whom just so happened to be the manager on duty, and placed my order, explaining that I would place an order, but I did not want my beverage made right then, as it was an iced drink and I was unable to consume it right away. The drink would be warm. She stated that as per company policy, they were unable to wait to make my drink. Why, then, would you force me to order when I was not prepared to drink it???? The lobby was empty, besides one lone gentleman sitting in the high top behind me. I did not need to be rushed to order. A little empathy goes a long way, and it seems that this particular store lacks that. I am a Corporate Manager for a major hotel chain, so I know what good customer service looks like....
Read moreIt was like 8:58, and I was gonna order a frappe. When the employee was gonna go to the back make it, the manager walked out and saw me standing at the register. Then she went back in to say something to the other employee who was gonna make me the coffee.(they were like right in the entrance of the back, so I could clearly see them. They were whispering about something)Then they walked out and the back and the manager told me that the coffee machine was "broken". My first thought was that they just wanted to close. I just ended up ordering a cake pop because they were right next to the register. The manager walked me out and as soon as I set a foot out side I heard a clicking sound. I look back and they closed the door. I felt discriminated. But they just wanted to close. All I'm saying is that they should have been nicer about it. But the cake pop...
