I had an absolutely horrible experience at this location in North Miami. I placed my order at 9:22pm with an expected max delivery time of 45 minutes. Around 11pm, I called and complained that I still did not have my food even though the tracker stated it was already delivered. I told them I shouldn't have to pay for my food at this point. I was starving and with 5 little ones, I cannot exactly leave for a carry out at this time. The CSR decided to snicker at my being upset. I guess she found my expectations of Dominos comical. I requested to speak with the general. The manager, Kadidra explained to me that she would refund my money, apologized, and the food will be arriving free as the driver just left with it. At 12pm, I called back and asked why the food still wasn't here. I was told the driver returned to the store with my food because he, "called me several times and no one answered". Firstly, it was a complete lie. Do you think I would miss repeated calls for the food I have been waiting for this long? I was literally staying up, waiting out side and by the phone. They seem to have not wanted to deliver the promised food for, "free". It wouldn't have even been free because of the complete aggravation I had to endure with this night mare. 16.00 credit was not worth this disgusting service. She proceeded to tell me he wouldn't lie. I mentioned to her that I was unaware that it was a policy that the driver leave with out knocking on the door to deliver if the customer doesn't answer a call. She stated yes, it was. Is that true?? She mentioned if it was dark, then yes. Okay, I can under stand that BUT my entrance door was right in front of the street with a VERY well lit lighted pathway and front door. I don't believe he ever came. Its been nothing but lies and I decided at that point, she would not help me so I asked for the regional managers name. She told me she could not provide that information. She didn't know the name. Really? You don't know your regional managers' name?? I cannot believe this is going on. This store and staff are representative of Dominos as a whole. With such a big named Pizza company, I cannot believe this is going on. I also checked the reviews online for this particular store and it is absolutely outrageous. Customers rating them low because of the same exact issue. I already called headquarters and since this store is a corporate owned store, they will deal with the report and contact me soon. I hope that they can resolve this for me and deliver on their promises to resolve the horrible experience I have had. Read moreI will NEVER come to this location again. It was our first and last time! On Tuesday Aug 1st, we were at a friend's. I ordered 3 barbeque chicken pizzas and 1 pepperoni online at 11:05pm. I then told my husband to pick up our 4 pizzas on his way to their house. The Manager, Eltayeb was rude and turned him away at 11:45pm because he didn't have my ID or card. My husband then said that he was going to go to pick me up and come back. Once we all arrived together at the Domino's location just minutes before Midnight (closing), the same manager informed me that he cancelled the order and threw away the pizzas. Meanwhile, I could clearly see them on the counter behind him. He said because he cancelled the order he could no longer sell me the pizzas. When I asked him why the orders would have been cancelled if my husband stated that he was coming to get me, Eltayeb said because it was corporate policy to have the ID and credit card present for pickup. Nowhere during the ordering process did it clearly state that the person doing the pick-up had to provide matching ID and credit card.
I feel that this manager was being particularly difficult even though my husband knew the exact order and we have the same last name. I also find it interesting that on the Domino's mobile app it said thank you for picking up your order under the tracking information. The manager was extremely unprofessional and lied about saying he cancelled my order; instead the app confirmed that it was picked up and he must've been keeping it for himself or possibly someone else. We then had to travel to another Domino's that thankfully was open until 1am just to get the four pizzas that we wanted. I called the corporate office in regards to this matter; it was an extreme inconvenience and that gentleman certainly shouldn't be managing ANY location. Read moreTonight my family and I decided to do pizza. We called this location to place our order. I requested info about the special for starters. The young man on the phone told me about a 2 large 1 topping pizza w/2 liter soda for 19.99 i said that was the one we'd go with. I proceeded to ask if I could place him on a brief hold so I could confirm the topping choice, he agreed. When I return to the phone I discovered 8 was placed on hold. Okay that's fine so after a few minutes waiting I hung up and called again. This s time no answer, so I tried again. On my third call a lady answered asking if it was delivery or pick. I explained delivery. She than followed with asking for the address and number of which I provided it to her. When it came time to order I repeated the offer I was JUST told about and she proceeded to tell me that, "we don't have this offer. If you want to see the offers we have go online." I told her this offer was not there I learned about this offer by speaking to one of your reps just a minute ago. She then tells me, "I don't know what you're talking about hold on." I'm aggravated all over again writing this long story short I requested to speak to a manager who when he finally took my call did help. So I decided against my better judgment to continue my purchase I placed this order at EXACTLY 7:45 in which the manager informed me it would take approximately 45 minutes to receive it is now 12:18 and I have no pizza...and as I'm writing this they called to see if I received my pizza.
